Launched last year, this luxury German skincare brand may be new to the beauty space, but their products are incredibly innovative, effective and beautiful. If you’ve watched this channel for long enough, you’ll know that dry skin (deep down in the layers) is something I speak about regularly. So when Auteur reached out last month, I was very excited to try out their products and see what they could do for my skin. Fast forward almost a month and my usually dry, dull and dehydrated skin is now something of the past. Packed full of peptides, phytoactives, AHAs, antioxidants and over 100 active ingredients, it’s fair to say that Auteur does not cut corners when it comes to creating its line of products. Hey girlie, quick question. Do you really think these Auteur products are worth there price tag compared to other brands? I was using Sisley prior but decided to buy three discovery sets from Auteur and have been using them and only them for two weeks now. I know you can’t expect a miracle that fast but my face has become red and raw with no visible signs of improvement and more less making my skin look slightly worse. Want to get your feedback since you used the products longer than I have. Does the products get better with time on showing positive results? Thanks❤❤ trying to decide to stick with this line and purchase full size bottles or go back to Sisley .

heyy 🤗🤗 to be honest, this is the first ultra luxury skincare brand i've tried so i don't really have a lot to compare it to (sorry that's not very helpful), however i did have a 1-2-1 with someone from the auteur team who talked to me about the background and science behind the products; so from that perspective i do think the products are worth it. i didn't have any issues with any of the products so i can't say for sure that your skin will improve with time, but i would maybe give it a couple more days to see how your skin does. overall, my skin was a lot clearer and i had less breakouts while i used auteur and absolutely loved the mask and enzyme powder 🥰🥰🥰 also what do you think of sisley? do you think it's worth a try? i've had my eye on it for years but for some reason i've been too shy to try it

Thanks for writing me back ❤ Sisley is a decent skincare brand. Only thing with Sisley is it takes a while to see any results. There skincare is plant based and don’t have any ahas or retinal or any of the skincare Ingredients that most skincare brands use to make the skin clear and anti aging like peptides and growth factors. Sisley feels nice and smells nice and the I love that they occasionally offer 20% off and their samples are very generous. I think the brand is luxurious and most products smell botanical which is nice but for the price I am not sure. I am 41 with very minor wrinkles but I have oily skin that breaks out easily and I find there products a bit heavy and my face feels oily in the morning after layering on the skincare the night before. I am sticking with Auteur. At first my skin lit up like a Christmas tree it was so red but now after two weeks of use it has calmed down and I am starting to see results. Prior to use my face was very broken out and now the acne is almost completely gone. Also, I emailed them today and guess what !!!! I am so excited !! They informed me that coming Spring they are coming out with some new cleansers that will remove makeup!!! That is why I emailed in to them was to see if they would consider coming out with a makeup removing balm since the enzyme cleanser don’t remove makeup and she informed me that they are coming out with some new cleansers so I am guessing more than one this Spring and they will be designed to remove all traces of makeup!! I think this brand is very expensive and for me it took time for my skin to adjust and it’s still adjusting but I do see results in the smoothness of my skin and I will continue to use this line.
