I get the game can’t tell you everything about a player but imagine irl if a team literally had no idea how good the top quarterback was at throwing.

Or how good a cornerback is at zone or man coverage. Or how good a defensive end is at power moves or finesse moves. Or how good a wide receiver is at catching. And on and on.

Instead of the current system they have, the scouting grade accuracy should just vary depending on how much scouting you do. For example, if you've barely scouted the QB, maybe there's a range of ratings, for example his medium accuracy could be anything from 70 - 85, and the more scouting you do, the more narrow the threshold is on the grades. Ideally when you have a player fully scouted all his ratings should be within 3 - 5 overalls of his actual rating. This whole A, B, C, D or elite, good, average system they have is far too simple still

@@ryanma5117 FIFA does this exact thing. When you first scout a player, they'll have a 10 rating range for each stat, and as you get through scouting, that number will decrease until eventually you know his OVR. For the Draft you'd probably want to not include knowing their exact stats but like you said, something in the 3-5OVR range would be nice

😂 multiple times I've signed Lamar Jackson for pennies because nobody else would bid on him. Lamar made it to free agency like 2 years into the franchise and then no one bids on him.

So I had this draft class for a team build where I ONLY had rookies from this class. Every rookie in the class was sent to my team. Two edge rushers with 88 speed and a middle linebacker with 90 speed. Ed Gallery was the edge rusher and Deion Lewis who I got up to x-factor. Glad to see you use it! There was really no qbs though.

Bengal, scouting focus players are bugged. If you change categories to pick the #1 hb, #3 dt, then #5 SS you’ll scout the 1, 3, and 5 ss. The way to avoid this is by choosing the focus players from your favorites list unless you wanna scroll the whole class

To me it’s weird that you don’t get to see a players overall when you first draft them but then immediately get to see it after the draft is done. I would rather start the season not knowing the overall and have the snap count work towards unlocking the overall as well as the dev trait.

What’s crazy is I think madden might have had the same first class for me as for you, I picked Oscar Stockton and eventually got both Solomon and Beverly at corner, I also said hayes looked similar to Stockton but liked his traits better at the top! Weird but cool!

Bengal try a rebuild with these parameters. 1. You release every single player on the team, and pick up your entire team from free agency (drop them after the last preseason game, advance a week and then pick up your entire team in week 1) 2. You can not resign anyone that is picked up from the in-season free agency 3. You can only accept trades from trade block offers. 4. You'll have to clear cap penalty

I think the reason you weren’t doing good for a while is your scheme.The playbook won’t matter if your scheme fit is bad unless you did change it.If it’s anything under 70 on both sides the team won’t perform well

Ah, that auto generated draft class. I know it well. Adrian Daniels has a howitzer for an arm, Mark Mann is a fantastic nose tackle, and T.J. Nicholson is a very fast, versatile MLB that I like to move to safety on teams that need a good SS. All have hidden dev traits, but I can’t remember if they’re all just stars, or if some of them are superstars. Looking forward to seeing if any of them end up being impact players in this video
