Katya has that special gift as a comedy performer of being utterly hilarious and yet you're not quite sure how: there's no actual gags, there doesn't seem to be that much material, and yet she's captivating and unique.
I love Katya so much, at this point its probably bordering on obsession... Her random observational, ADHD, recovering sociopathic comedy is pure and beautiful and warms my heart, and her and Miss Trixie together is an explosion of hilarity unlike any other!
I had never heard someone who can make your neurons vibrate this high. First minutes you resist and try to understand then you just go fuck I love this makes no sense.
this is like having a totalllllll chilled out conversation with your high best ride or die friend and analyzing life. *ugggghhhhh* katya's comedy is soooooo fuhhhhkinnnng platinum!
and here we see the perfect example as to why Trixie always interrupts Katya during Unhhh. while this is beautiful there is no fucking way this would work with a show for an under 10 minute time frame!
Totally, like, her stream-of-consciousness-style comedy is a direct correlation to the kind of shit that goes on in my own head; she's just saying it all out loud. It's like a thought tree: every idea sprouts 20 little twigs and so on..
one complaint, hold the camera still. it could have been so awesome! it appears that you were so close to the stage, its so crisp and clear. but the other video i was watching of the same show, the audio was so bad. practice make perfect! 💫
