I've gotta say, these races are the perfect mix of engineering marvels and human skill. That GSX-R 600 rider really showcased what it means to master your machine. Pulling a sub-11 with a 600 against a supercar? Mad respect! 🙌
He needs a snap off fag box size reg plate for on road, little twitch of his wrist and nobody is reading the plate, the buzz you get on fast bikes is leagues above any drug and I guess it’s kinda similar to feeling super car drivers experience,
You’d be surprised how easy it is. You don’t get the sheer aggressive wheelies like the 1000’s. It’s after 100mph where the power of a 1000 shows. I could get my ninja 600 off the line way faster than my R1.
It’s nice to see a guy who can launch a bike from a dig fairly well, and doesn’t just bog down in first gear like most riders on this channel do Especially important on a 600 with the power disadvantage of a litre bike
Pedalling the 600 is way more difficult. 600's like that are very difficult to launch and you always have to be in the right gear otherwise they tend to be as flat as pancakes (my first bike was a 2009 GSX-R600/K9).
@@Hydra-og6jf Never heard of a 18k rpm 600. I know the 17k r6 redline was fake and a gimmick sell more bikes. The tachs on those were reading 1k rmps higher than actual.
i like seeing cars in that 400 to 600bhp range against 600cc 750cc bikes no one does this and always puts r1s and s1000rrs against 918s and shit, gotta make that shit realistic to the peasants like us
@@jls.mp4 i like the videos with top spec vs top spec, but tell me an m3 vs an r6 or rs3 vs a triumph street triple wouldnt be popular and class to watch
@@mikey_bb not got a clue what your trying to say pal but i will make it easier by saying i mean people that cant afford things like a 911 turbo s aka normal people
@machinamott9959 Other then being easier to start out in (1st gear is going to wheelie of course). I don't see why either. He was even popping the clutch on the start 🤣 But good runs either way. Lol
I say it every Sunday. You NEVER fail to deliver the goods us petrol heads want. Great match-up, great battle, and great entertainment. Bravo 👏🏽 Jamie bravo!
Love these videos and the people who race their vehicles for Jamie and his team. Everybody seems so down to earth ( well in my warped mind lol) Even the vast array of comments are great to read too
I had a gsxr 600 l1 before I became a dad. Then it went. But I put a quick shifter on it so full throttle no clutch gear charges, nothing beat me in my 5 years of riding as a daily. 4 wheels moves the body but 2 wheels moves the soul.
Quad’s gearing is still set up like it’s on the dirt..and even though it’s gat dually’s it still sound like it ain’t breathing…still gatta be a wild ride awesome sub here
Decent times on the GSXR just goes to show the first 60ft is so important on a bike. My S1000RR when it was stock was doing 10.3 at 149mph at Santa pod and that has 70 hp more.
Awesome video, at the beginning I was sure the bike was going to struggle, but hats off to the pilot he ridden it very well. Hit me up for a race I have a BMW S1000RR and I only weigh around 65 kilos. Approx 750hp per tonne. 👍🏼
That kid can ride the fk out of that lil 600 fair play. Quads are bad boy off rd and so much fun in the snow but just dog shit on rd and let’s face it for posing. All bark. The car had a lil left in it. Best channel on RU-vid
