You should try Lowdown™ Touring for Harley-Davidson FL Touring 2008-'21 seat. Because that seat helps me a lot. I put my 2023 Anni Street Glide. Low down and forward.
Looks good, but the top bolt / side panel incompatibility is enough for me to shop for a better product. Thanks for being our guinea pig and testing these bars and telling the truth on fitment.
It’s not that it’s a bad product. It’s the bars are much thicker than the OEM. That’s why it’s hard to get the side panel in. There are couple of other companies make similar Diameter bars but I don’t know if the result will be any different unless they raise the bend in the bar.
Good video, did have a question for you. You mentioned the support required cutting. Did you end up getting new supports or did the guards fit without cutting? May have missed that in your video?
Thanks for posting this video. I just purchased these guards. Do you think adding a thick washer or 2 on top guard bolt as a spacer would fix you from having to loosen it when you need to remove side cover? I'm thinking in regards not so much for myself but the mechanic forcefully pulling it off after I forgot to tell him he has to loosen top bolt 😆 .
Glad you like the video. I think a one or two thick washers may do the trick. This definitely does not happen with the Harley guards but they are much thinner. Once you install it and use washers let me know how it works out.
