Time to calibrate the Drager Xam 5600 gas detector! This unit is going to a bit different from our normal units because it's not a 4-gas detector. This time we're looking at a two gas monitor, with CO+ null H2 and H2 sensors.

To Calibrate:
1. Turn Monitor on by holding Green Button until unit completes countdown and beeps
2. Wait for startup to complete. Take monitor out of boot and place in cradle.
3. Press and hold the Blue + until the 000 screen pops up
4. Enter code 001 and press Ok
5. Enter zero mode by pressing Ok. Once values are stable, press Ok to confirm. Wait to re-enter the calibration mode.
6. Go down to bottom cylinder menu by pressing +. Press Ok to enter menu.
7. Attach H2 gas to unit and turn on. While flowing gas, confirm values using Ok button. Gas should flow for about a 1:00 to 1:30.
8. After final confirmation for H2 sensor system will ask for CO. Repeat the above process using the CO cylinder.
9. After final confirmation for CO sensor, the system will go back to asking for the H2 gas.
10. Once second application of H2 is completed, you are with your calibration. Pop the unit out of the cradle and put the boot back on. You're done.
Calibration Gas:
100ppm CO, balance Air
500ppm H2, balance Air
Regulator:
0.5lpm C10 Fixed Flow
