Not looking forward to coming back up to those gay ass watercraft rules in cbus. Down here in Jacksonville Fla. you can take a kayak as far out as you got the balls for. 50ft from the shore nilla please

Looks good. Im going to columbus for work for 3 days next week. Im from Pa. Seriously considering getting a 3 day license and trying the scioto for catfish. Id have to bring some cutbait along and keep it in a cooler but i can do that. Is there bank area at griggs reservoir and how late can you be on the banks?

There is ton's of bank space. Where I caught 2 of the 3 are right in front of bank accessible areas. As far as time limit I'm really not sure I did not look. However, it didn't seem like there was a time limit. I know guys who have fished Griggs and the next reservoir up O'Shaughnessy at night.

I hear ya man, we might outlaw commercial fishing in-land - but man do we have some crazy rules. Not sure which is worse only allowed 2 rods, or having to be within 50 foot of shore lol.

I pulled a 25lb flattie straight across from the boat ramp to the left of the bridge. Decent little stretch I grew up right by there. Above O' Shay is much better for cats, just drift the eastern shore.
