I absolutely love this program! I love love LOVE it! Dragnet has a special place in my heart. I am looking forward to listening to precinct 21 when I’ve completed all of Dragnet.
I just can't get enough of these great old episodes of Dragnet, they are the best! Nothing on TV could even get close to these wonderful programs that bring back fond memories to me, for I heard many of them when they were new! Thank you for airing these shows, I'm very grateful!!!
Every time they mention flashlights I see those crappy ones we had . Had to smack them in your hand to make them work . And then think of the ones today . Big improvement 😎
God. Ain't that the truth. Big silver eveready flashlight with ridges all the way down. Bulb went out all the time. Batteries died quickly. The flashlight really didn't illuminate much. The battery tube was just thin sheet metal. Couldn't even smack someone with it. Kept on your duty belt wish a carrier that consisted of a piece of thin chain that attached to a leather piece at each end. When the mag light came out; it was like Jesus came down and shared sunlight at night. Mag light was the best until 10 years later when the streamlight rechargeable came out. Now they have handheld lights that are amazing.
@@JohnGalt-vr3lx I remember when I got my first Mag Light in 1992. What a blessing on patrol. BTW, using the Lord's name in such an irreverent manner is inappropriate and entirely unnecessary.

So many countless hospitals, schools, universities, orphanages, and philanthropic organizations have been founded and funded by Christian groups and you inexplicably choose to deny all that reality and instead pessimistically focus on some unexplained negativity. By the way, your permission for me to "follow and believe in whatever faith you wish" really illustrates the truth of the matter; in your monstrous ego you have made YOURSELF your own false god. This is the epitome of pride and the sure sign of a soul bound for Hell and eternal separation from the God.
She was executed. OK that works. In an earlier episode a cop killer who executed the cop who put him in prison and then murdered a pharmacy employee gets life in prison. Huh?
I know it's customary of the times.... But It's funny when Mrs. Johnson is politely addressed as Mrs. Johnson when she slaughtered the man that made her Mrs. Johnson.
