You may get frustrated figuring this puzzle out and it took me awhile before i figured it out. So i show you how to get across with this video.
Order:
Right 2
Left 3
Left 6
Move extra character to second platform
move Left 3 -Right 4
move Right 2 - Left 1
move extra character to 3rd platform
move Left 6 - Right 5
move Right 4 - Left 4
Then you are finished.

Trying to do this bloody puzzle at 8 AM after no sleep is a sure-fire way to really aggravate someone. This whole Gauntlet was completely irritating to do and I felt like I could go and punch a baby afterwards.

I have this for console and Pc the console was easier, once a section solidified it stayed like that the pc didn't, in fact the PC version is much much harder.

Ye. So far the only good thing with PC is the quickbar sence ii can use much more abilities without pausing and looking for it. Only lags and more bugs on PC for me, and this annoying puzzle.

Man, I never did beat this stupid ass bridge puzzle when I last played years back, got stuck on it for an entire week before flying into a rage and throwing the keyboard across the room. I love the game as a whole, but gods do I ever loathe puzzles,. I realize they're supposed to be mental exercises, but all they give me is headaches.Had to stop playing a lot of games because of stuff like this keeping me from going any further. Glad at least some people figured out how to beat it. Maybe I should've just cheated to bypass it, oh well, too long ago to care now.

Well, Morrigan doesn't have Levitation or Flight in her spells. And her only flying shape change is the Swarm. Which wouldn't really help anyone else.

Its not really a puzzle. Its try it until it works trial and error bs that has nothing to do with logic or paterns really. There is absolutely no rule apart from "find out the path by starting in the beginning and somehow find the next one, also they dont explain the rules of when the block sometimes disappears and sometimes doesnt. It really has no sense in it. Whats even bigger bs about this puzzle is that you could just walk to the right or left and jump over there because the distance is enough and if it wasnt Morrigan shapeshifting into some big bird-like creature like Flemeth and carry you over would be a much more elegant solution which would also play to the streangth of one of the members.

I'll write the order: First number is the character, Right/Left means the side and the number means which tile to stand on, starting from closest. 1 R2 3 L3 2 L6 4 Walk 3 R4 1 L1 4 Walk 2 R5 3 L4 4 Walk to finish

If you have Shale in your party than they must be the one to walk the bridge, for some reason shale doesnt trigger the spaces, at least in my game.

This game on consul for six years and finally bought of copy for the PC and I loved the change in combat then I get to the stupid part and my usual strategy or just randomly running around is a horrible failure so I waste a half hour trying to do it then I found out it's different for the PC that's so stupid

@agyrophobe The reason why I'm complaining isn't because there is a puzzle in a game.. what annoys me is that the "puzzle" isn't really based on logic nor common sense, it's just a guessing game. I liked the other puzzles though, for example Stone Prisoner puzzle was fun and I liked the riddles on beginning of the Gauntlet. You knew right away what you're supposed to do and how to get it done.

@sporerie Rofl, its an RPG...RPG games always have shit loads of talking, battle strategies and puzzles...obiously you are not a RPG fan. Now let true RPG fans enjoy the game. Dragon Age 2 sucked cause the battle was easy, you did not need any strategies, there was no puzzles and well...the characters were boring and therefore there was nothing to talk about with them.

Just had to figure this out, too. I wrote it down and then hoped it would be the same next playthrough. :P I numbered them 1 thru 12, starting from the top left and going counter clockwise. Yours has one less step than mine did, so, it's: 1,4,8 (leave) -4 (go to) -->10, -8 -->6, -1 -->11, -10 -->3.

easiest puzzle ever, i wouldnt even call it that.. took me 2 mins to get across, put chars on hold position and just stand on em till they get white.. easy stuff roflmao, cant understand why all teh naabs in the comments got stuck on this... simple minds eh?

i kicked sten out of my party for attacking me in the village. it was so dumb how you couldnt have the option to kill him for his betrayal. he attacked me and wanted to kill me so why not allow evil characters to return in kind when i beat him. anyway yeah

I'm not sure how to do it on xbox or ps3, but you just toggle the hold button and switch between characters on pc. It's the little person icon underneath all 4 characters next to the icon with the four dots.

When you go do the Circle of Magi tower there's a good amount of templars to kill because they are charmed by demons.

Hmm, what difficulty are you playing? Becouse all the dead ones only drop their stupid weapons and notes when I loot them. Maybe you got it from one you killed no?
