Trespasser, the final DLC for Inquisition. An epilogue. Trespasser tells an entirely new story, set two years after the main game. The story explores what it's like to be a world-saving organization when the world no longer needs saving. It's a chance to meet and talk with old friends, to uncover a new threat, and ultimately decide the fate of the Inquisition you worked so hard to build. It might just contain hints about the future of Thedas, too.

My interpretation was "Fuck you all and the bullshit problems you dragged me into. Now while you all are busy trying to pick the inquisition carcass, I have a world to save for the 3rd time." Once at the temple of sacred ashes when he nabbed the orb. Again when he sealed the breach/Killed corypheus. And third when he stopped the qunari invasion. 4 if you count the breach sealed and coriphyeus thing separate.

@@yc_knight6370 Tbh, think disbanding is the smarter option. If you keep the inquisition together--even if it becomes a peacekeeping organization--all eyes will still be cast in your direction. Solas's. Orlais. Fereldan. Qunari. You'll never not be out of someone's eyesight, earshot. Never safe to plan. Despite disbanding, and losing forces, the Inquisition still has powerful and trusted allies--their network spread far, if you recruited everyone. It would be easy to rebuild. Now, working in the shadows, inquisition disbanded and everyone's eyes turning to a new horizon--the inquisition can work in the shadows as a small organization to take down Solas. Yes, there's power in numbers. But does that number always have to be large?

@@suki9871 Dude, Solas, Orlais, Ounari, & Fereldan. Would have all eyes too lmao. So it doesn’t matter either way. I think keeping the inquisition is a smart idea. I think history will repeat itself if you disband them imo. And yes that number has to be large. Heck, they can literally have a small squad team while the other large can stay somewhere else in a secret headquarters that the inquisitor will know. And he can just get them when they are needed.

I chose the first option, with the female British voice. My goodness, I got goosebumps. I LOVED the anger and frustration in the voice because I was feeling just as angry and frustrated that the two countries that I saved from death and destruction were asking for me to step down or obey their commands when they had cowered and supported me just two years before.

Oh yes! She absolutely had ENOUGH of everything. She didnt ask to be herald. She didnt ask to be more or less exiled from her clan. She definitely didnt ask for the world to continually fall to shit xD She angry ranted about her arm and threw the book down. Then retired to be with Cullen xD (my dalish rogue did anyway xD she went all in with the templars. Her bff is a mage, but fuck the rest of them xD)

Disbanding the Inquisition is the only true choice in my opinion. Even if the efforts of the Inquisitor are weakened, his plans remain secret. Conventional armies and forces won't defeat Solas, only the coordinated actions of a small trustworthy group will succeed in undermining his plans.

I concluded that since Solas' power is so overwhelming, the #1 priority is to find out how to even fight against him in the first place, worrying about spies comes second. Thus, I kept the Inquisition to ensure the biggest possible resources.

kyu5533 its actually quite more to thinl on than just stopping solas he maybe redeemable depending on your actions towards in game befriending him could prove worthy and change him last minute never know we'll have to wait and see and as for the next hero my assumptions would be a man/woman in tevinter? possibly i mean there is the other side of the map that we didn't see i still wonder perhaps maybe the inquisitor may also get a mechanical arm thanks to "bianca" and it starts off there maybe only assumptions my friend :)

@@ChristianAuditore14 Leliana still has her spies so I don't think they completely given up all their resources. They are just formally disbanded therefore they are nearly impossible to approach and infiltrate.

Find the pissed off 'closed the breach twice' speech about the anchor. The higher pitched female kills it. Its brilliant. I had chosen it before for the male inquisitor. But the canon one, hes just tired of it all by Trespasser and wants nothing more than be with Dorian. Shame about the whole, yeah best you stay away from Tevinter angle. Made him be all, i dont want to die *pause* cause theres shit to be done. (yeah sure love, youre just scared and not wanting to show the advisors) My quizzie was definitely ready to take the back seat in everything xD

There was a war table mission where they offered the Inquisition to get a whole bannorn, but you couldn't say "yes" which made me really sad :(

What i dont understand is why he doesnt g et a new arm if not a fade arm. I mean magic in their universe is flexable. I am pretty sure getting a fade arm would work.

@@wraithking3749 If you become a Red Jenny with Sera it shows the Inquisitor with a cool grapplehook crossbow arm thing. Might not be a magic arm but cool prosthetics like Sekiro are good too.

I do believe that disbanding is the best option. Manpower is not gonna win fight and the Inquisitor still have all his personal contacts, some powerful enough. After the epilogue they say "The lets find people he dont know" so I do not think we will be playing as the Inquisitor in the next game. Hence we will not be able to effect what would happen with the organisation as much as we would want to and all that would happen would probably already be written as plot. Bioware might be going back to a more Dragon Age Origins senario where you are a small group trying to save the world again. I myself would be happy to see that.

I still comeback to this video to listen to that second response. It's the right choice in my book and feels thematically appropriate, literally closing off the game Inquisition with the organization's end. I also love how respectful our Inquisitor is, thanking those that served while he stares at Josephine and tenderly handing her the Writ. Beautiful.

The qunari tried to use brute force to stop Solas and failed miserably. Solas can't be beaten by a powerful and clumsy inquisition. He can only be beaten threw cunning and out smarting him.

Helped make my decision after talking with Giselle at Haven. She nudged at its disbanding from the start haha. Also, the fate of the previous inquisition. Yep, no, my inquisitors dont want to end up in fates worse than death because of other people being incapable of helping themselves xD

It would make more sense for me to keep the inqusition with my mage warden as he romanced Leliana. That would put my character in complete control of the chantry and all the templars by proxy. If my inquisitor has the wardens as allies I could keep the inquisition smaller and still fuck everyone in that meeting over. Come to think of it ........it would not matter if we disbanded or not. With my dwarf noble warden keeping peace would be much more difficult as he is a better commander than a leader. I suppose disbanding might be the right choice.

I'm sorry but the female British voice said this part so much better. He sounds so lifeless and patient here - it doesn't pack nearly as much of an emotional punch.
