Yeah, you are correct Tre. They did mention that the senile old Namekian was the creator of the demon realm dragon balls. AND he's extremely old as well so he'd know a thing or two about the dragon balls that even Dende doesn't know.

Personally I think Vegeta SHOULD use his Galic Gun more often. BUT, since they gave him the Final Flash, it appears as if the Galic Gun is less effective.

It actually WAS three wishes initially though Tre. When Dende FIRST got there in the Android Saga he rebuilt Shenron with three wishes, however if a wish required significantly more power to execute (say reviving multiple people with one wish) then Shenron would use two wishes for THAT request. But generally speaking he SHOULD be granting three wishes. Technically it's up to Shenron's discretion.

Dende upgraded Shenron to 3 wishes when he became guardian but apparently if the wish is powerful like mass revival he knly grants 2? Idk. Now theres no time limit to the potara for mortals and its not permanent for the kais because of Buus acids?

it was 3 wishes but if you revive a lot of people it will consume 2 wishes. not sure what the limit is before it hits 2 wishes but I'm sure its in the millions or so. so if your bringing back like 5 people I don't think It would use 2. but maybe it does. they would have to decide on that at toei.

I knew this would have some alterations from the shows we've seen already, but I didn't expect canon breaking in Episode 1. If this is SUPPOSED to be in between DBZ and DB Super then Kibito and Shin SHOULD still be fused. Wasn't it Beerus that separated them?? (I may have that wrong but I know it was done in DBS) And then just the lazy explanation needed more work. I like it better than the confusing convoluted explanations in DBS though. Using Majin Buu for WHY they separated is better than imposing time limits and Kai's ONLY being permanent with other Kai's. The animation is on point though, so there IS that.
