Yeah, I figured as much. I’m not surprised at this direction at all.

Been saying a theory since Toriyama's passing and just wanna spread it. Since it's the last time we get to theorize about upcoming Toriyama content: In the Granolah arc, they make the whole statement about Namekians that originally they came from another realm. I gave little thought to it other than 'maybe another universe that got wiped'. But after going back (after the Daima announcement) and hearing Toyotoaro said that along with the draft for Granolah, Toriyama very insistently wrote everything for the Namekians. So he specifically and intently decided that the Namekians even before discovering the Super Dragon Balls, came from another realm altogether. All right before Daima which he announced would explore the demon realm and answer the last outstanding mysteries of the DB universe. Then it clicked. What if as his last big reveal, for the 40th anniversary of DB no less, Toriyama pulled the ultimate full circle gag/subversion and decided that the Namekians actually were demons all along from the start, as in actually from the demon world? It would be such a troll/roundabout way of bringing up something from DB into the forefront plot after it being 'actually they're aliens not demons' for so so long, for 40 actual years lol. It'd be hilarious, epic, while expanding his universe once more all with something he at least planned since Granolah, it'd be the most Toriyama move ever. Since then I've also thought, they could even tie Orange into this and have that be some demon realm rooted power. After all, as lightly touched on in the video, Toriyama did say demons come from the same tree that Kai fruit are born of and that rotten evil fruit get tossed into the demon realm and that's what demons are. If they have their own tree (some tree imagery in the trailer) or a tree of life of some sort - that could be the Namekian tree of life that is on the back of an Orange form Namekian. Something Toriyama also said when Superhero came out - so if it comes to pass he could have even planned it since Superhero. But yeah the dimension Namekians actually came from according to Toriyama could be the demon world, being why Toriyama set that up likely while or just before working on Daima, and Namekians once again were demons all along in the perfect Toriyama-esque switch around is the theory.

Bro, if there’s going to be a Majin Buu clone in this series, what if the clone turns out to be Janemba?! Because both Buu and Janemba are practically alike. They’re both living embodiments of evil! It probably won’t be Janemba, but it would be a cool way to make him canon.

I think the character next to the new king of the Demon Realm is a real Makaioshin. There's definitely different ranks & classes within that realm, but I think the Makaioshin are like a council that stepped in to pick the king. Looks way to similar in characteristics to a normal Kaioshin too; could be an opponent that faces off with Shin too.

I definitely knew it wasn't Zalama the god that made the super Dragonballs yet some people spewed that like it was fact before finding out more. Now as far as Daima goes currently, I can imagine the guy that is next in line for the throne in the demon realm made Goku and the gang become kids again only as a punishment for letting Dabura die which led to that turmoil, as the original plan from Dabura's end would have been to abdicate the throne at some point to his successor.

I'm even more interested now. I remember wondering what the fallout of the empty demon king throne would entail. I probably would have done that before introducing the gods of destruction and angels but hey we're getting it now. This could be fun. Still wonder if Gohan is involved in any way.
