I miss the feature the older DBZ fighting games had where you could transform at will based on the amount of ki you had. Xenoverse kinda has it, but you can only pick 1 transformation. I remember playing Tenkaichi 3 on PS2 with my little bro and everytime he got better at the game I'd step it up another level of super saiyan and try harder. The slow build up is a part of the fun.

It wasnt out of laziness. This game is made as a competitive fighting game, so they need to keep the roster small to balance it. Also transformations in dbz fighting games are kinda dumb, why spend part of the fight as a weaker character (base form) instead of just playing as super saiyan or SSB?

@@dantucho203 They literally give Broly a damage buff after he does his lv 3. Simply leaving him as LSSJ after doing it would be extremely simple and would change nothing about the game itself.
