Yeah, maybe she hasn't seen the original Dragon Ball, definitely hasn't seen it in Japanese otherwise she'll know Son Goku is just Goku's real full name. Makes me think this even more by the fact that she calls only the kid Goku's "Son Goku" that she skims over characters that aren't so prominent in the series after the original series, like Roshi.. Where if you've seen the original series then you would likely love Roshi to bits! All of his best stuff is from the original DB series, and mostly... That she seemed to think that Piccolo Daimou (Piccolo's dad, AKA King Piccolo in the dub) is just regular Piccolo.. Again he's a character you don't really see out of the original (and best) DB series. Not saying this as a knock against her or anything, no one has to see all of the series, know all the characters and lore, or watch it in its original language in order to be respected or whatever.. It doesn't really matter at all, just I clearly noticed that she wasn't the most knowledgeable about Dragon Ball just from this short video. It does peeve me though that people foolishly just skip the original Dragon Ball series and go straight to Z... Why?.. I have no idea why, you wouldn't just start watching any other TV series starting at over 150 episodes in.. So why do people just do that with Dragon Ball?.. Completely ignore the first 154 episodes and skip straight to when Goku is an adult with a kid?... Never made any sense to me, "hey! I don't want to see these lovable characters meet, learn, grow and overall be very entertaining! I just want to meet these characters when they're already old and have no idea about their past or what brought them to where they are!".... Ugh.. It annoys me haha.
