Dragon Ball GT Soundtrack - A Bitter Parting - (Clean Rip) - (No Sound Effects)

A rip of the track that plays a number of times throughout Dragon Ball GT, but is perhaps best known for when it plays when Android 18 and Marron mourn for Krillin after his death at the hands of Android 17.
Background:
This track was probably one of the easiest I have ever done, as only a very small portion of the track actually had sfx that needed removing (that being at 0:49). Other than that I cleaned up the beginning and end of the tracks by removing the sort of 'fuzzy' (I don't know the actual term) kind of sound that you can here in colonelsilver's original rip so hopefully it sounds a little better. A lot of his rips feature this static noise in the background, so in the future I might upload rips that deal exclusively with this issue as technically it is still making the track 'clean' even if no sound effects or reverb need to be removed. I should hopefully upload my next rip soon enough so stay tuned.

Krillin's death in GT saved everyone. It made Android 18 step up. It made Android 18 save Goku by finding Super 17's weakness. Krillin and 18 SAVED Goku and the Earth.

Wait maybe it was symbolic to namek saga because if krillin didn’t die goku wouldn’t have gone super Saiyan. Hence frieza killing them all

Liked this arc ngl. GT had some issues with underusing its cast, but 18 and 17's roles in this arc were good imo.

Thanks. I've thought about condensing all my rips into a single folder in the past but I might just wait until I'm finished with this series before doing so.

@@m0kkori Yeh but I've also thought about doing some sort of compilation video with all the tracks uploaded together. Not really sure what I will do at the moment haven't really had the time recently to work on my channel.

Very impressive. What program are you using for removing sound effects? I will definitely give you some advice I got a long time ago on the kanzenshuu forum. The hissing noise you hear in the background, is actually a good thing, because you are getting raw audio, absolute best quality. By removing that, you are actually losing quality. By the way, if you are using source from 12 years ago, that attempt is not so good (but not bad at the time). The best audio source (until now, with removing sound effects and background voices) is the one that's 1 hour 57 minutes, posted on Oct. 2 2019.

Thank you for the feedback. I use ISSE to remove sfx and vocals. I don't know what you mean about removing the hissing noise. To me it sounds unnatural and not part of the track at all, hence why I remove it. I don't feel as if I am worsening the quality at all. If you knew the method I was using you would probably agree. And as for that video you mentioned, I am fully aware of it. In fact it is the main reason why I make these rips in the first place so as to improve upon the attempts made in that video. Look at my rips of "The Storm is Over" or "Victory Achieved Beyond All Hope", you should immediately notice the difference. Oh and I've also been using audio from the Green Bricks, so the quality is as good as it can possibly get. This is the source used by the individuals that created the video from 2019 that you mentioned.

Hey do u perhaps have the music in episode 5 at the near end when pan stops gru? Ive been looking everywhere for that Also the music im talking about starts at 18:33 or -2:11 left

I'm not sure what you mean. You're talking about the scene where they're standing in a rocky desert right? There's no music in that scene. Or do you mean afterwards when they take off from the planet?

@@Coolbeans778 I've no clue what you mean by that. Describe the exact scene you are talking about, is it when they are in a desert, taking off from the planet, or is it when Goku, Pan and Trunks bring that giant safe back to the civilians? Are you sure that it's even episode 5?

Can you find a video of the scene where it plays on RU-vid then? I have all of the released music for dbs maybe I can check to see if I already have it. If it has a name then even better.
