Dragon Ball Sparking Zero does not have a built-in tournament mode or support for organizing tournaments directly within the game. You would need to manually organize the tournament using external tools, such as bracket management websites and communication platforms. The game itself would allow players to compete in individual matches, but the tournament structure, scheduling, and rules would need to be managed outside of the game.
