Btw, use super perception to deflect beams away and gain a buff for 3x the ki charge! Useful for androids and slower charging characters If you spam the block button when small ki blast are coming at you or hold it while flying! you deflect them and gain gauge for skills and transformations! You can charge heavy attacks left and right as well! Charging a heavy attack has 3 different versions and a perfect charge makes the character IMMEDIATELY teleport BEHIND and get a launch for a combo starter! You can use your Ki button + up on the left stick to g grab DOWNED enemies, throw them and continue a combo! So about Ultra Instinct, there's no activation for it you literally just stand still as the character and you'll dodge attacks I'm not sure what attacks can be dodged but I'd assume any normals or heavys are dodgable I also don't really think it's meta or anything at all, ik it's learnable and good to use when you want your opponent to back off of you or to lure them in And as for just regular old Super Gotenks, his Galactic Donut can be dodged but it can't be blocked so if you just want to stick to Gotenks and you run into some good players that's probably your meta

As someone who is terrified of even trying to get into a fighting game like this, I am LOVING how many vids Jev has been able to make with Sparking Zero

@FaZe Jev the ultra instinct dodge is hard to land but its just moving the movement stick at the time u get hit, really hard to time and do properly. it doesn't consume and ki or SP and its very easy to dodge the first attack but drop the rest of the combo due to timing

The best thing about online matches in Sparking Zero is trolling people with Captain Ginyu.

The move bug happens when they’re using standard controls and you’re using classic controls, for some reason when you’re on the “away” side or on their arena it happens but when you’re on the field you picked it doesn’t happen, only fix for now is switching to standard controls but that’s not worth for me

Using weaker forms allows your transformations to gain buffs so starting from base makes ssj and ssj3 much stronger than picking them outright

Whis dodge is a button press. For ps5 its press in L3, you'll dodge everything except smash attacks and ki blasts. It only works for combo rushes.

Honestly I wouldn’t even have a problem with vegito in ranked or any fusion or super really if they would just give everyone the same health bars in ranked. A lot of the time I’ll notice if they didn’t have a “blue bar” I would have won the fight even tho the damage output for them is significantly higher. Maybe if we all reach out at once we could get the health bars evened out. And if to make it easier let’s just keep it in ranked ?!? Or atleast ranked single battles ?😭

I love singles bc it feels like the old games to me. Been ranking up ss3 goku bc he's my favorite and always has been. That being said, once you get to B tier EVERYBODY just starts using meta characters for some reason and holy fuck is it annoying. I've seen 1 ss3 goku in like 300 battles and we ain't even kill each other, it was literally just pure bromance. Spent the whole time powering down then going back up 1 by 1 to ss3, emoting and just flying around each other. That was more fun than playing these pussy meta users
