It is not human, but an android like 17, and 18 there on display. When could Bruce Wayne ever shoot blasts? He can't, because this is not Batman. The creator made sure to show you the androids hoping you would get the idea, but to many people want to chime in with the obvious opinion, that Bruce Wayne could never stand up to Goku. That opinion is completely irrelevant, because everyone already knows it. As a Batman fan and a DBZ fan I have to say this was so amazing. They made an android Batman who could keep up with Goku. So it wouldn't be unfair. This was a masterpiece.

Let's be honest here. Goku would annihilate everyone in that fight. He spars with Universe 7s god of destruction. I mean, c'mon. Batman, broken everything. Optimus, melted. Ironman, disintegrated. He wouldn't need Naruto or Luffy. But still an awesome animation. Clearly lots of time and effort went into this and it paid off. Nice.
