It's because her powerscaling didn't make sense at the time she came out. We didn't know how strong the green hair super saiyan form was supposed to be and people thought she should've only been SSj3 level. But now after watching the Broly movie, we know that the green hair super saiyan form is capable of allowing someone to go toe to toe with the likes of SSB Gogeta, which makes Kefla's power make much more sense now. Also, because Kefla was cocky like Gotenks so a lot of people founder annoying lol.

@@jantheking7028 Honestly she really only should BE at the very least SSJB lvl. Their powerscaling was still horrible, even when Caulifla herself was on par with Goku, which is bs. She had just gotten SSJ2 ( Which is also bs considering the amount of shit Gohan had to go through to achieve such power ) and she was ON PAR with someone who has mastered SSJ2. Besides, Broly had a high power level since he was a baby, so much to the point that King Vegeta sent him to another planet because he was scared of Broly becoming far more powerful than Vegeta. Not only that, but Broly has trained before, by being up against these unknown planetery creatures in Vampa and by training with his father. It made sense for Broly to BE as strong a Goku and Vegeta because he was MEANT to be this strong warrior since he was a baby. Kale was never known as a strong fighter, she was a shy and introverted saiyan. Never was it said that she had an extremely high power level, but as far as we know, she had never trained either. So, it was a bunch of bs to make her this completely op character when she never deserved to be as such. You're right about how ridiculous their power scaling was, and that's def why people hated her. However, they're also hated for how stupid easy Caulifla got SSJ and SSJ2, mostly referring to the "You get this tingly feeling on your back" line, which kinda meant any Saiyan could achieve such transformation rather than having strong emotion to achieve it. Hell, even Cabba got SSJ the right way.

People are also, in general, stupid. Most intelligence comes out of not being part of the masses. I, personally, enjoyed that they introduced more Saiyans and gave Vegeta even more of a soft spot.

@TrainerblueTube You have a point, but remember Caulifla is effectively as strong as Goku but so happened to not discover SS. Now that she has she can catch up much faster.

@TrainerblueTube Uh, yeah. I never said she was as strong. She's clearly not in the show. I'm just saying that she can catch up more quickly. As in, say Goku was in the Buu Saga but had never obtained SSJ. Isn't it resonable that he could at least get to SSJ2 given all the training and hardwork he had already put in. The potential is there right now, he just needs that push forward, and that's what happened with Caulifla. It's not like with Goten or Trunks who did not have the training or hard work to earn it right off the bat if you want to compare her with them.
