Indeed. In the original Broly movies he has openly confessed that he is in pain while voicing Broly. But he endures it because 1: He still loves the character. 2: Despite the pain, it's still a lot of fun. And 3: Because us, the fans, loves it and he does not want to disappoint us.

The ending when Goku told Broly "My names Goku, but Broly you can call me Kakarote" was amazing writing. Not only is it a throwback reassuring fans that those old Broly movies are non-canon... but the fact that Goku, accepted his Saiyan name in the presence of an even more powerful Saiyan, really hit home for me for some reason.

Great interviews and solid journalism. Dragon Ball may be new to me, but it's amazing. This film was amazing. I just hope they decide to end it on a high note or keep going strong. Whatever they are willing to do, but still respect the legacy of the franchise. Thanks for the video.
