The reason theres chanting, well from what I've heard is because the composer saw the broadcasts of the super finale and wanted to create that feeling so he made chanting and backups to the music. You can hear more if you look up the movie version of the movie soundtracks for both gogeta and kakarot

In ways I like to think of this fight as the reincarnation from when they first fought in the first Z broly movie.... a rematch between the pure hearted saiyan and the Lssj
