i love the taunts loading and during the game makes you feel more scary playing cell, the 2nd form one when hes looking for android 18 "Come out here, COME OUT HERE RIGHT NOW!!"
It must have been scary for the first few people who got absorbed by Cell in his Larva state. A small quadrupedal green creature sucking the life out of you with it's pincer. That's just scary
Game is great but they do need to iron out a lot of the jank and fix some lines (cell in different forms keeps using his perfect lines for some reason and it's visible in that clip) but other than that this game looks pretty fun!
Im honestly curious to see how they will implement other raiders into the game. By the system they go the charater has to have 4 forms in total and i thought that cell would start in his imperfect form then second then perfect form and lastly perfect cell but seeing his first Form being the larva that had like 1 minute of screen time was really surprising
Sadly thats only for npc kills since players can be downed once before being properly killed by the raider if they are knocked down again after being revived
If there's mechanics similar to xenoverse 2 then xeno veterans are going to be the real horror of this game. Fun, fun, fun. Then again, there's also the prop hunt experts as well.
People so confident in this game and then be the only 100 players left in it after a week or so. I’d go play dbd if I wanted a hide and seek game. This isn’t meant for dbz so I hope they don’t expect much profit.
Yep except you have the option to fight the big bad directly (granted you will most likely fail unless all or most players gang up on them but the options there at least)
This is kind of like that new aliens game were you can either choose to be the bitch who runs away or the alien who hunts. No thank you I'll pass. They need to make a dbz game where it extends more into the DragonBall super series without having to pay for DLCs
Its more like games like dead by daylight where you can either play as the villian or as the scrappy underdogs trying to survive the villians attacks(main difference being you have some means of fighting back as a survivor but not enough to beat them on your own)
I mean it is except the survivors can kill the raider and can use power boxes (i think) to transform into Z warriors to finish him off Goku power box you gotta wish for by wishing for ultimate power but Goku power box does alot of damage
Thats kinda the point of the game you play as the average joe in the dragon ball universe not the z fighters the best you can do to beat the raider(one of the db villians) is gangrush them or use the dragon balls to call in one of the main characters
youre delusional if you think people will actually buy this game outside dbz fans. even if they are dbz fans they will play this sht for couple weeks and the game will die. guaranteed.
@@GhostANBU it depends on the updates. They have to add more killers. Like how dead by daylight added more over time. They have to put there own twist to it. I would prefer a what if storyline base on the tv series. Or a game that take place in a different universe in the series. Both most of the games play it safe & rehash the same old same old story. Over & over that's how most of the games are. Will it be a great move? Who knows, if they do it right then it will be fine. If they half ass it; then play would play it.

@@GhostANBU yes i see a lot of people that could play it for more than a week probably just not everyday since people also have a life The only difference is that it will survive more than most DBZ game since they are literally your generic dragon ball game but with a little difference in the gameplay This is why XenoVerse 2 , fighter Z are the only dragon ball games i consider worth buying since they try new things and the only exception being kakarot for having my wish of an open world dragon ball come true
@@GhostANBU Im not that fan of Dbz and I still play this kind of games often, don't try to speak for the entire community just because you aren't interested or something like that, everyone has their own opinions about the game
This kinda makes you understand Cell's motives. He's got nothing to do except blow shit up (just because he can) and absorb people to see how strong he gets
Considering one of the questions on the survey asked who i wanted to see be put in the game i would say they will be adding more characters if this does well
@@alder2993 That's no bother was just asking, it's just that DKP gets so little respect in Dragonball media despite how much of an impact he had on the series as he was the first true World shattering Villain in this franchise and truly changed the landscape of the franchise as we know it.
While i can't say i know much about how each form differs in this game, I will say that of all the Cell forms the 1st form is my favorite both for looks and for voice. Also nice that they incorporated his post hatching form into the game as well.
This game has so much potential but looks too wonky in it's current state. I think they should be hundreds of NPC characters to get caught in the explosions etc too. Add to the atmosphere.
Like in the warriors series, make them real dumb so they don't take too much power, but seeing as dragon ball background characters are idiots anyways it will work.
@@carso1500 It might also level the players up pretty fast since civilians drop three energies when rescued. Obviously, Cell will have the advantage, but it would make tracking energy down as the player a bit too easy.
This has been tried time and time again with predator, jason, evolve it just doesn't work. It will probably go the route the others have and die in less than 3 months and finding players will be impossible.
Too bad this is what is expected for 2022 I was expecting something different and already have the tools innovation for Bodakai Tanikashi 3 upgraded open world 8K
when i first heard about this game along time ago i instantly thought "Goku black" and i know the devs had too also... but hes probably going to be the last character they add
Oh definitely it is really fun to either wreck everone as cell powertrip wise and play as a basic human who can turn the tide in there favor through teamwork (unlike those poor fools in this match) i will definitely grab it as soon as it comes out just hope they make explain how items work when they set up the tutorial as i had to go with trial and error for some of them but at least after using them i understood exactly how each item worked
@@alder2993 Cool, it seems good so far. What I really wonder though is how they'll implement the other villains in the game, seeing as they're all powerful even in their basic forms.
@@MarcoD.Salvador since they will be adding in both freeza and buu it might be that for freeza they will star him out in his first form and have him slowly go up in forms after each kill and for buu it will probably be the same but at rank 3 he will absorb the moves of the super soul of the last person he killed could change into
@@alder2993 That sounds really interesting for Buu, I wonder if it could be hard to add🤔 Also for Freeza maybe they'll have him in the chair for the first form? Don't know, larva Cell does no damage.
@@MarcoD.Salvador it will probably be hard to add that idea for buu due to needing multiple models and forms of code to make it work and it does seem more likely for freeza to be in the chair as it would give him just enough of a starting handicap to allow the survivors a chance to grab some items and find keys at the start of the match
The game should have been more realistic. What I mean is the characters should be more around Goku power level(maybe not that strong) doing cell Saga than regular humans. Them being regular humans and able to fight against cell kinda beats the lore IMO
Dont quote me on this but I think they have the will or spirit of great fighters something like that maybe. So that form is never going to be as powerful as the real thing and besides lore wise everyone got tossed around. I do think they could buff the humans (players) and give them more stalling abilities even a psuedo solar flare would be dope
This looks funny af, but it feels to me like just messing around doing stuff and killing npc or the police in GTA or something like that, if you know you know LOL I mean I'd still prefer something like Xenoverse or Kakarot, but this is cool indeed
If it's anything like the tenkaichi games, it's because in Japan, cell only has 1 voice for all his different forms, it doesn't change. So they would reuse certain voice clips between forms, which is fine in Japan because they have the same voice anyway, but when they switch it to english it doesn't work out because each form has a different voice. I guess for whatever reason they're unable to add extra voice slots for the English version.
Blasts looked better in the older consoles and that ain't no nostalgia cap. That's just on God. These newer games xenoverse on just look like lava lamp cylinders with some swirls inside and a ball in the front. Go look at blasts in tenkaichi games fr
wonder iF all the survivors can just beat up cell together while he is lvl 1 or 2. maybe they included some bs about the power of team work and stopping an enemy lmao
