As Baby you always start with the same "civilian" skin, which makes sense cause he is Baby's first stage, but I think it would have been nice if you cycled through a few "skins" cause baby can take over anyone or you had a few and you could choose (not as if the team would have to make a new model for them, they're already in the game)
