Akira Toriyama is not dead. Why? Because someone is only truly dead when they are forgotten. I can assure you… Akira Toriyama will never be forgotten. Legends do not die
Yo that is the (forgive my language) the absolute best fucking thing I have seen about Toriyama since his death. I was hella sad and broken when my hero died. U literally just made my day with this comment
RIP to the Dragon Ball Legend Akira Toriyama, it’s because of you that I’m here….. Many anime fans have their own options about the Dragon Ball series, but one huge fact about it stands, and that is it helped inspire many and opened the floodgates for all anime when it came out to Japan and the world. Dragon Ball is the anime that got not just me but other people into anime as a whole, it helped inspire other great manga authors to create the incredible animes such as Naruto, One Piece, Bleach. Countless references appear in other anime even to this day despite how old the series is. Words can’t express how much i love and adore the Dragon Ball series because of just one man. Without the creativity and creations of Akira Toriyama, we wouldn’t have Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball super Broly, Dragon Ball Super Hero, Dragon Ball Budokai Tenkaichi series, and The Xenoverse games, and everything. Thank you Akira Toriyama, you changed the life’s of many including mines forever. I’ve been a fan ever since i was a lil kid, i fell in love with Dragon Ball ever since watching my older cousins playing Dragon Ball Z: Ultimate Tenkaichi as a kid, and I’ll always be a fan until the end. A legend leaves us but his legacy will keep growing strong as it has been since it’s first time airing, A manga/ Anime legend like Toriyama will always live on. Fly High In Other World, Toriyama 🕊️🫡
I wanted to say rest in peace, Akira Toriyama. There really aren’t any words I can think of to describe the pain this loss has brought to not just me, but millions of people around the world. Toriyama was such an amazingly creative person who really did create something unique and special with Dragon Ball. I can only imagine how he must have felt knowing he created the most popular anime and manga of all time and it’s amazing how he was able to create such a unique story all the way back in 1984 and have it still be so unbelievably popular all these years later. And it’s especially saddening given how this is technically the 40th anniversary of the entire Dragon Ball franchise overall. And it’s incredible how he helped inspire so many other anime and manga creators like Eiichiro Oda with One Piece, Masashi Kishimoto with Naruto, Tite Kubo with Bleach and so, so, so many more. Another tragic part to all this is that we’ve lost so many amazing manga artists these last few years like Kentaro Miura and Kazuki Takahashi and now we’ve lost the most well known of them all. I really do need to thank Toriyama for everything he’s done with creating this franchise and these amazing characters like Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo and so many others. I only got into Dragon Ball back in 2017 and I can say I understand why it’s as gigantically popular as it is with so many amazing and iconic moments. It’s also amazing how this franchise seems very simplistic compared to other mangas and yet it’s still hailed as amazing all these years later. It’ll be tragic to watch Dragon Ball Daima this year knowing it’s the last thing he ever worked on. Overall, I just want to say, thank you for everything Akira Toriyama and rest in peace.
Thank you Toriyama for being an icon to my childhood when I first watched Dragon Ball Kai on Nicktoons. I still go back and watch old dbz fights to relive those great moments.
I've been getting non stop recommendation of dbz lately T_T I can't believe he's gone. It's like a part of my childhood family home coming. Rest easy my hero Akira!
It's amazing that we could experience one of those legends while he was alive, people will still remember him in hundreds of years as one of the big influential people like Mozart, Van Gogh, Osamu Tezuka, Disney etc.
Rest in peace Akira Toriyama. Thanks for creating the characters from Dragon ball Z. If he hadn't created that show, Toonami would have nevet aired it during it's Cartoon Network days.

I believe this would be fitting and worthy tribute and memorial to creator of dragon ball franchises Akira Toriyama I never thought the the day that creator of dragon ball and to significant extent the anime manga and shonen genre as whole that he influenced and inspired would have died now I believe this music would be honored to him I still can’t believe that he died he is one of the main reason why I love dragon ball and anime as whole since childhood all I have to say thank Akira Toriyama for entertaining and brightening our childhood and dragon ball fandom for your art story and characters we all know and love
Jesus loves everyone and he is lord. He died and came back to life for us not to go to hell but to live in heaven forever. All we have to do is to believe that he did that. Good works won’t work. Jesus bless u all! And rip Akira!❤😊
I mean... This AMV is cool and all. But if the idea was to pay tribute to Akira, why did you spend so much time on Dragon Ball GT, which is not his story, and ignored his work on Dragon Ball Minus, Battle of Gods, Ressurection: F, Dragon Ball Super, Dragon Ball Super: Broly, Dragon Ball Super Hero and Dragon Ball Daima? But anyway, congratulations on the work!
