The Number 1 for DBXV3, not gonna lie but cutscenes are maybe needed for transformations. Like there's a blackout and watch a player transforming. (If these are involved in battle)

The first time we acquire a transformation, sure. Afterwards, hell no! It'd be the Xenoverse 2 PQs all over again, with cutscenes pausing the action every time someone revives, leaves, arrives, or transforms. Imagine players spamming transformations in PvP, causing the battle to stop because one player keeps reverting to base just to transform again.
