With the S.H figuarts Golden Frieza. I felt kind of disappointed at his size, because he looked bigger in the movie. I do look forward to get a Figure rise Standard of golden Freiza in the future.
i have to admit too, when i got the first s.h. figuarts golden frieza, i was very shocked by the size, and it is very small.. i do agree, he should be A TADDD BIGGER.. maybe inbetween the s.h figuarts version and the new figure rise standard.
KingsSpaghetti when I got my figure rise for SS Gohan I was like uhhh where's the rest of him? Haha same with vegeta compared to Goku..I know Goku is actually bigger then Vegeta from the series but damn did they have to make him only so much taller then Gohan?
I like this one more than the sh figuard. The sh figuards is very skinny, and the face is very smooth, with no lines of expression at all. It looks like it is freeza child version kkkk (or it as soon as the fight starts, but not the final form). This figure rise stardard looks more like the freeza final, stronger shape, the lines of expressions on the face more striking.
I think his size is great. I thought Freiza in his base form is tiny and obviously grows as he transforms. with his final form being taller then krillin.
has there ever been a Cooler figure? i wonder. but he was movie based, not in the cartoon storylines, so I dont kno if they will give him the time or attention
thanks! like i said before, i never had the white/purple frieza but the gold one i have to me is too small.. this is a great figure for the size. remember its a model, so it might not be as sturdy, but if it will definitely be great for display and posing. secure those parts with superglue and u will be great.
+WylunCustoms well frieza is small in the show. he is smaller than Goku so he wouldn't be the same size as the other figures but I get what you're saying
+WylunCustoms I completed the Frieza model a couple of days ago and he is top notch. I also bought some crazy glue with the brush. I think I have started something here. I love my Marvel Legends and SH Figuarts, but building your own character is so rewarding. It's a shame I don't know how to customize. Anyway I subscribed, keep up the good work.

Idk. Just that small detail missing throws the whole figure off and makes it look weird. I get that it's a model kit BUT HOW HARD IS IT TO ADD TWO LITTLE BLACK LINES UNDERNEATH HIS EYES!?!?
the sh version is pretty good, I just ordered this one now and I can't wait to do the comparisons. luckily I bought the sh version when frieza first came out and paid $50 for him
I put him together, first thing I did was go to put his arm up for the death beam and the post attached to the ball joint in the shoulder twisted clean off. Perhaps mine was just a defective molding but either way, kinda sucks

no not sure sorry, but this was like the first of its kind for this line.. IF you look around now, they have a couple more figures and even display bases also, like you can build freeza's chair and even the space pod that vegeta came in.
Yeah. I've been working my way through them. I've done super saiyan Goku, Fireza, and the space pod. I found the base after posting your comment. It is simply called Action Base 2. They were made for the Gundam line.
This line is looking interesting!!!! I might pick up the super saiyan Goku cuz I have the normal version Goku from the original master grade line. They are also making super saiyan Gohan and Cell so I might pick those up too
You could probably get away with it by thinking this version is supposed to represent the 100% power version from the Frieza saga cuz that's what I think lol
