gohan at SSJ2 was evenly matched with perfect cell. all the multipliers bring that to 100x his base form. so krillin has less than 1/100th of cells power, since it didn't hurt that much. so id say that is a fair estimate since he does train a lot.

Krillin picked a pretty cold and strong woman to marry. 18 is physically, stronger than Bulma, chi-chi, and videl, and emotionally stoic due to the whole android thing I guess. I like how Gohan is accurate to his manga size in this episode/scene. Like he's taller than Goten and Trunks but the anime would often draw him much taller.
I think that sometimes not only can the Super Saiyan forms make you taller, as seen with SSJ1-Grade 3 and SSJ1 Vegito in the Buu arc, but it’s also a stylistic choice to make him more intimidating.
I like that. She only starts liking him after Krillan tried to give 18 and 17 there old lives back. When that didn’t work he wished for both to be free of the bombs. He also did it assuming they would never know. 18 has lived a hard life and doesn’t trust easy. It took a truly selfless act for her to trust krillin.
