There’s a know how you can get with training in capsule corp called wof medication where you slowly regenerate health while in surge. If you pair this with godly pulse which at max level extends surge by 200%, it basically means immortality as your 5 star combo string can easily build up surge once it ends

Once you've finished DLC3, just return to DLC2 and go to the tree skills. It will be there, you just have to buy it with Z-orbs as usual ;)
