for everyone wondering, there is no clear definite on who is stronger between the two and they are assumed equal. Elder kai originally said that potara was better. not stronger. better was referring to the regard that it has no time limit. no, no multiplier was ever stated and the ones given by fans are educated guesses made when comparing Super vegito to ssj4 goku, who were said to be around the same strength in the GT perfect files. and technically Gogeta is and isn't canon. A hypothetical metamorese fusion of goku and vegeta is canon, but the entity called 'Gogeta' IS NOT CANON. Vegito would win because the two would fight until gogeta ran out of time.

There should be a dragon ball z ova where vegito meets gogeta and decides who is the strongest fusion, like in the what if battle in dragon ball raging blast
