Some time ago when seen a video called Saiyans vs S class I would suport Tatsumaki winning over Nappa but NO. Speed is debatable king Piccolo has statements that say his attacks were light beans. But for Durability and AP nappa takes them and is not even close. Tatsumaki is far above Psyko orochi to the point she could allmost one shot it. While she took not much damage from the multicontinental bean while holding back.(Her dress was damages and she then decided to doge them) But back in OG Dragon Ball post 22nd Budokai Goku, who is far above the Roshi that destroyed the moon, launched a kamehameha at Piccolo and he took no damage from an attack at least moon level. That was old Piccolo, he then claimed to be infinately stronger than before when recovering his youth. Then the 23rd Budokai happened and Piccolo Jr is far more powerfull thsn his father, 5 years later Raditz shows up tanks no damage an attack from Piccolo and Nappa low-diffed several Radish tier fighters. It would be Saitama vs Tatsumaki again Nappa tanks everything.

Not really. Tatsumaki's body not that resiliant in fact,but she can increase her durability with barriers. She uses 2-3 at a time,and even her weakest shield is capable of tanking the continent slicing attack

Fax tatsumski was able to overwhelm phsykos fused orochi, a monster that pulled off a planetary level feat of an attack, and she deflected that same energy blast while she was in a weakened state. So I put her near base saiyan saga goku level. Anyway you put it she is at least nappa level strong

They were able to pull off a multi continental feat and tatsumaki wasnt the only one fighting she had help. Nappa lifted 2 fingers just lifted and an entire city or continent was destroyed. So imagone what happens when he uses a ki blast.
