粽葉不要55比(太短),37比的方式能讓粽子的包裹更完整(用長的去包覆),綁繩也能更好的固定粽子,米粒較不會跑出來。

I did the same last Sunday! Very tiring but I felt great when friends texted me to say how tasty my Zongzis are! p.s., the sugar stuck to your spatula because it was not melted - you should use medium heat and wait until it bubbles finely.

小马,我第一次吃榴莲的时候也跟你们一模一样的吐掉,后来的日子里家里人买来吃,逼着自己继续吃了,你猜怎么着,现在爱吃的不得了😂在中国,榴莲算高端水果,非常贵,大多数从越南、马来西亚、泰国进口进来

粽子当然肥肉的好吃啊,用十三香,生抽,老抽,盐,胡椒粉腌肥肉,包好后放锅里水煮2个小时,肥肉肥而不腻啊,超香

in my country there are a few types, the savory ones got salty & sweet. the sweet ones are call Nyonya zhong-ji if you can try and make them and try it for yourself.. but I've no idea whether you can get the recipe or not.. not much people make that nowadays I love it. something different... it's those sweet & slight saltiness in it. nowadays hardly can find anyone that can do a good nyonya zhong-ji

我喜欢吃白粽子,就是什么红枣、豆沙、腊肉都不放,就吃粽叶香的原味,蒸熟后配蜂蜜。另外糯米要提前泡好的

小马,炒红烧肉用红糖的话色泽会更好看一些,而且甜味调和也会更适合一些。

要炒糖色都是用冰糖或者白糖的呀,红糖本身纯度不高已经含有糖蜜,再用炒的手法烧很容易出糊味的。非要放红糖也是在煮的过程中放吧

@@janetz1001 我们回族炒红烧肉一般都是用红糖,用了很长时间了,来做客的客人也很喜欢吃。不过我是说我们自己的情况,还是看个人爱好吧。😅

@@ID-me2lf冒昧问一下这是红烧什么肉类的做法呢? 因为我想如果是回族显然不是猪肉了对吧,自然也不会放酒,那么红糖起的作用就不止是颜色了,是不是还有去腥? 如果不是传统猪肉红烧肉的话,就是完全不同的感觉了,我很好奇这个菜的做法跟味道,方便分享一下吗

@@janetz1001 红烧肉一般都是牛肉,所选的食材部位也有考究。炒之前要先腌制一段时间,时间长短看个人口味 时间长一点味入的深一些。之后入汁的时候放一些香料。我们回族的炒法大概有两个地区有比较有代表性 一个就是大家所熟知的甘肃一带的做法,还有一个就是云南的。具体的炒法好像网上挺多的已经有人分享过了,就是细节上面各个地区有些稍微不同。

Happy Duan Wu. Do check out a type of zongzhi we eat in Malaysia and Singapore known as Nyonya dumpling with a patch of blue glutinuous rice coloured by butterfly blue pea flower. Taste is both sweet and savory.

广西人包的粽子是猪肉绿豆馅,粽叶用的是柊叶,也有些人包红薯馅的粽子,小马包的是无馅的凉粽,用的叶子是不一样的

大部分是鹹粽子看起來你是煮鹹的 甜的是鹼粽和水晶粽 鹼粽子加一點white sugar !?

I am Malaysian Chinese. Our family has always eaten salty zongzi. Only my mom who made them like the sweet one, those yellow transparent zongzi dipped in sugar or kaya. I dislike sweet zongzi. Ate once the yellow one and once the Nyonya version. Liked neither.

that is not sweet rice dumpling when we say sweet rice dumpling, we mean the dumpling with sweet filling (red bean, red date, etc...) the one you mentioned, is alkaline rice dumpling, 碱水粽 i don't like that as well, i can't stand for the alkaline taste

@@silentboomber Nyonya zhongzi is a combination of sweet and savoury because it has candied winter melon and the recipe also calls for sugar. To me, that is sweet. Because traditional savoury zhongzi doesn't use sugar. 😊
