An Ender Dragon egg has been brought into the overworld and is lost to a deadly lightning storm. However, when Lone, a trusty shepherd stumbles across it’s hiding place in the moment of its hatching, Flynn the dragon bonds to them. Inspired to raise the dragon, Lone decides to raise Flynn in hopes of it keeping peace and keeping him hidden from the village and Steve.

Also I know it's just my opinion but I don't like how Steve looks with teeth. It kind of looks a bit off. I kinda prefer the old Steve. But of course if you like it Mont, you can keep it...it's your Steve lol.

@@davidmarques5538 You're entitled to your opinion so all good. Regardless I've had a bit of a talk with the other directors and I'll slowly be pulling away from doing teeth and the curved mouth as much in the future due to reason which you'll know later. So you won't have to suffer looking at them as much, haha. People seem very half and half on the teeth. Some people love it, some people hate it, so that's fair. I've personally enjoyed using teeth cause it's more expressive, but in some ways it's over the top anyway. Curved mouth without teeth looks very odd to me, box mouth is still great though. But again after this Dragon Egg stuff I'll be reverting close to what the other directors do, so I appreciate your viewpoint. Enjoy ye day.

Ok, I just wanna praise this minor detail. So light speed travels faster than speed of sound. When lighting struck the field in front of Steve and his friend, the thunder was a bit delayed, which is really realistic and detailed. Great job!

This dragon egg has just reminded me of the awesome time i had and i think everyone had watching “Songs of War”. I think i can speak for everyone when i say we were so sad to hear it wouldn’t be continued, it had such a great story with amazing characters. I have really enjoyed the fan-made sequels, but i wish there was an official sequel. Thanks for those well spent 2 hours, 12 minutes and 10 seconds of enjoyment, pleasure and joy all in one. It was a movie worth watching. One of my favourites, it inspired me to learn how to animated. thanks

Glad you like the thumbnail (It may be swapped a few times). I felt compared to something like the Warden Fight thumbnail that it may be a little too complicated or messy though. But nice to get some other peoples opinions. Hope you enjoy the animation when it releases tho, along with part 2 in a few weeks :D

Thanks. There's always areas to improve on constantly, each director does it different. Animation has been the main focus over the years for me. Also tried getting into a lot more lighting/effects for these 2 projects.

Not going to lie, when I saw the dragon I instantly thought about the Songs of War, I wish there was a sequel to it even though its unlikely, even if I have to wait 8 years for it lol.
