I had to say, they were more cocky than they actually did good moves, which is weird. To me, they are elite and untouchable, but when they’re cocky, they hold back. I have to call this one a tie because neither side really impressed me the sense of, neither side brought everything to the table. If they did, it’s gonna be Les Twins hand down. their animation is a dance, it’s all dance, but you know what I mean. One side is robots, clean, animations, and everything, but the other side is electricity.

This was a Les Twins workshop so of course it was LT music and of course LT kept the attention on themselves. Fans had paid quite a bit of money to see the twins. They were being paid to perform and entertain their fans so I really don't know what Dragon house expected. Why come to a LT fan event?
Dragon House was rude and disrespectful. I question their motives for attending the event. Their motives were not honourable. Blu print had already accused the twins of stealing his choreography, so why go to their event? Cipher or battle, DH's intent was to call out LT in front of their fans, embarrass them, and show them up. And I am not surprised that you are a DH fan -- you are just as disrespectful as they are. And by the way, call me another name and we will play the dozen's.
what I don't like about les twins is that once they see that you can be a threat to them they won't let you finish with your dancing, and blueprint did way better than them. Les twins always do the same moves over and over but blueprint always coming out with some new creative moves.
Les Twins' moves are according to the music and they are always nonstop working so give them a break & let them use the same moves in at least one battle.

This video just brought back the respect i have for dh before, but now even more. I like to dance to animation before but not until I knew les twins. I got addicted to their style of dancing, even their "cockiness", i saw it as a way of building confidence while dancing but i guess if you let it control you, this what happens. Don't get me wrong though, I still respect and admire les twins, but it just got lesser now. I guess dh are dancing on ground while les twins on air.
Blueprint and android fucking killed it! I just wish Les twins would be more humble and recognize greatness other than themselves. Blueprint and android really deserve the praise, they are extremely good, even better than them.
I'd have to agree. Both are great, but Les Twins repeat alot, or have the DJ in thier belt. That whole "Wait I wasn't ready yet" act seemed a bit unprofessional. Whereas BluPrint and fam kept the flow going.

Both groups are great dancers, however, I am more partial to Dragon House, but also the Les Twins seems to interrupt the other dancer especially when he was dancing really good!
I think sth went down between the two in the past but from what i've seen- typically LT tend to get along well with other dancers who are of similar caliber
in my opinion les twins lost bluprints technicality murdered them all by himself on this day the actually really needed to take the attention away while he was dancing because they could not compare today even though he didn't know the song and they knew it by heart
and at 1:40 you witness the 3 hit the same note just right. i swear man even though this battle pisses me off. you cant deny they are the 3 who could kill anyone if they battled together but probably wont ever happen.

Les twins in my opinion are the best dancers in the world but blueprint in my opinion is the best tutter and the god of illusion that's why I look up to both of them

Les Twins got too popular for their own good. It's more showboating than dancing nowadays. Showing up for parties stoned and doing more posing than dancing. This video is just another sad example of how they enjoy popularity and attention more than dancing. Bring that camera back on bluprint, he was doing some good moves.
I think you're talking out of your ass. The Twins were toning down their moves because Bluprint, as much as I like him and all of Dragon House (iGlide especially), was doing some very low-key moves. I actually believe they were being respectful in that they didn't completely destroy them when they clearly could. Also, Larry and Laurent just have a far greater sense of musicality, in my opinion.
okay so maybe bluprint doesnt know the song , larry DOES so he should probably show some respect either way when one is dancing, it doesnt always have to be about musicality, if you do that during a battle it looks kinda rude , just let the opponent do the best he can when expressing the music if if one doesn't know the song , plus it looked like larry was thinking he's good so i better show off my extreme sense of hearing to music that others don't so I can look cooler, no disrespect to les twins I love them , just during this battle I believe they should've shown a lil respect , may the best dancer win right? unless they just can't control themselves during a good song which is understandable because we all love dancing right x)
Has anyone here ever seen a dance BATTLE before?? It's a competition and a street style, much like rap it's gritty and competitive and it's not their first time. Oh and bluprint is a god btw
Well the Les Twins are great dancers, but Bluprint dances great.. period it looks to me like they feel threatened by this great dancer (Bluprint).if I were a betting man, the twins can't handle Bluprint 1 on 1. Right now, there is no one out there that can handle Bluprint 1 on 1. One of the things about Bluprint when he battles, he let's dancing do the talking. But he's always respectful in competition. I think the Twins know that Bluprint is a threat. Dragon House as a whole is tough crew to beat. I haven't met a more clean transitional dancer like Bluprint. No one does it better
That's right Les twins show off, and be disrespectful and then be respectful at the end cause that's ur supposed to be like in a dance battle , and ur supposed let em know it's ur turf and Les twins did just that , and that's why I got alot of respect for the Les twins.
Competition in Hip-Hop, is what keeps skills sharp. Reminds me of when two of the greatest dj crews in the US or the world for that matter (ISP and X-men) battled in '96. It would be dope even though styles are completely different to see Criminalz vs Dragon. Les Twins need to lay back every once in a while though though. lol
Honestly, the twins are the most overrated dancers I've ever seen. That's not to say that they're bad, but they're nowhere near as good as their fantastics would have you believe. I've never seen either of them do anything that made my jaw drop. Blu on the other hand always does something to make me rewind the video.
ive seen so many videos where ppl have disrespected the twins during battles not allowing them to dance and nobody seem to get mad or lose respect for the other dancers but when the twins do it back it's a problem..not takin sides but it's a battle ppl do things all the time to intimidate the other crew so I don't see how this battle is any different..but any how I like both and just enjoyed watching them dance😎

YoungGunner BK not what we are talking about. They interefered with many of his sets just like blue print. They have repetitious musicality. Tremendous talent but have become too cocky when other dancers are more original and trilling to watch

Les twins always point to their ears like everyone needs to hear the beat then when THEY dance they hit like 2/3s of the beat...if you're going to tell the other ppl to hear the music you best be hitting everything....clean
Laurent danced slightly better but I didn't like their attitudes here. Uncalled for, they need to be humbled a few notches. I defended them with the whole chair routine fiasco bc they were in the right then, but this time I'm on Blu's side. He did great freestyle too btw haha.
Thank you for reminding me about the chair fiasco I think that's probably why they had some hostility towards dragon house if u think about it because their attitudes were totally uncalled for
Official5289Oliver Les Twins made a video (Twins and chains) and Bluprint & a few others from from DH got mad and called them out in a comment underneath the video (which they deleted) because Blu thought they "copied" his idea of spining the chair, but it turns out the twins had filmed that video months before that fans knew already, and there was no way for them to know that Blu was going to release his video a couple months before theirs lol. Also the point is, you can't really "copy" a chair spin, Blu isn't the first one or the last to have thought of it. He would have a case if the vid was released soon after (not planned in advance) with the concept same and dancing, but both choreographs video were completely different. I hope I explained that well for you to understand.
As a dancer myself, though I got so much practicing left to do, I value both equally. Some may argue one or the other is in the wrong, Les Twins being " Cocky ", Dragon House for being out of their jurisdiction... However I find it to be reasonable little battle. I am inspired by both Les Twins and Dragon house so for them to be in the same room shows both sides of styles, attitude, and moves in which are both unique and very entertaining. So from my personal opinion this could've resulted better if both were a cooperative team, but other than that... For both, well done and well respected! :)
I'm not sure if I'm the only who gets it or nah but...Like I grew up dancing on the street and It's kind of the point to show off an be cocky. It may come off disrespectful but that's not the intention I believe. A lot people get their feelings in the way but personally I've seen and done worse in a danceoff and nobody cried. Also this only 4min of a whole session. The goal is to take away the attention or appear uninterested in your opponents moves ,as if what theyre doind is so lame, or anticipate theyre moves. Ive seen people do that to Les Twins also. I think the problem is because they're well known people see they're little tricks as arrogance because of where they've been when really its used to throw the other side off their game if you can I'm pretty sure it's the same shit they did when they were broke on the streets. Seriously NY and LA dancer just as savage if not worse.
+Riley B not really, in a cypher dancers are supposed to come together and showcase each other's talent. Tweak each other maybe, but not in the way les twins did it. Les twins made it a competition where they were trying so hard to prove they were better. They were being disrespectful.

Soooo true. Blue print is very crisp, exact, precise and creative. Makes les twins freestyle look sloppy and amateur. They looked terrified and like they were confused as what to come up with to counter blue print.

The level of insecurity LT display every time they get "battled" is annoying. They would be more likable if they started appreciating dancers' skills which they would not be able to copy anyway.
Blueprint and the dragon house will always be better in my opinion and attitude alone like damn lost some respect for les twins when blueprint was killing they ass in the middle they felt it that's why they put all the attention on them blueprint was going in at least he do different moves than the twins I can literally see what they going to do next and when I don't they did something different which is like every blue moon but my opinion blueprint would've destroyed them if they didn't interrupt his freestyle

Honestly because LT are battle dancers I don’t think cyphers really be cyphers to them more like battles .... besides they have said in countless of interviews they could be your best friend but once you step into the circle they turn into your worse enemy and they are not friendly ... it’s just their mindset
It's like watching a rap battle and the other rapper that's insecure keeps talking and making gestures thru out the very talented rappers rounds. The Les Twins are notorious for dancing and talking throughout your rounds. That's why they don't get respect when they battle in certain places or they lose battles that they should win because of their attitude and cockiness. You're not a real dance fan if all you watch is Les Twins. So because you can't see the forest from the trees your opinion is not really valid.
For how cocky the Twins are...their moves are really not all that great and their musicality was once known to be spectacular. But most high level dancers have the same musicality. The world has caught up to them. Why you think they don't battle as much anymore? Songs they don't know expose them. And repetitive moves in a battle will not cut it.
Their musicality actually went up since their 2010-11 days if you've been watching them carefully lmfao. Larry's style makes it harder to see but his musicality for sure has went up.
Ken Inao nah his style makes it easier to see. Musicality alone aint gone win battles if we're talkin about a real battle. Not a fans choice battle. You gotta actually dance. Not just isolate and beatkill.
Tony Heath Yeah that's the reason why they won KOD lol. Of course he (and Criminalz) have more than just musicality. It's funny seeing how everyone says they fell off in battling right after them winning KOD in hip hop, on top of that saying Blu's better when he technically doesn't have any big name tournament wins under his belt. (Summer Dance, Juste Debout, Dance @ Live, Ghetto Styles, etc.)
+Ken Inao Larry and Laurent didn't win...Waydi and BouBou won KOD for them. KOD was so political. Not just that battle...damn near all the battles. And just because you have no "big name" tournaments under your belt doesn't mean your skill level isn't high. Are you an active dancer in the scene?
Tony Heath That's your opinion and viewpoint, you can discredit them all you want but won't change the fact that they won. (Not to mention they can hold on their own too, Larry's 7 to smoke being a recent example) I'm not discrediting Blu's skill at all (in fact I'm a fan lol) but too many people put him on such a high pedestal as being able to beat nearly any dancer when he doesn't have big name titles. (Even losing to Waydi lol)
So many here, are hating LT. Making strong statements without knowing truth, journeys & street culture. When artists rely on fans instead of giving their necks to co-operates, dont get fuzzy headed, stay clear &examine the truth. Every word-beat-moment counts. Nobody is either stoned or showing anything off. Les Twins are cocky fr their, is journey is worth movies.This is no ' sisque like thong' hangout. One battles to be on top of the game. In my view Les Twins should stop the battles as their moves are exclusive... their choreo are elaborately gold.
Les Twins, Bluprint & iGlide are all dancer who have inspired me to dance even with my disability. They have helped me develop a true passion for dance that I never thought I would have. With that being said, Les Twins were really disrespectful here. Larry motioned at Bluprint like he wasn't following the beat, but it was Les Twins that weren't even paying attention to what Bluprint and iGlide were doing in the first place so they can't even act like they didn't have a chance against them. I also would have liked to see more of iGlide, and Bluprint wasn't even close to his full potential here. I've seen Blu battle before where he was a lot less reserved and wasn't holding back. It felt like he wasn't trying that hard to battle them and was just going through the movements. So I'm not satisfied at all with this battle. I've seen Bluprint battle Waydi but Bluprint was still recovering from his chest injury back then. I would love to see a more legit battle from 4 criminalz crew and 4 dragon house members. I would also like to see Les Twins be humbled and more respectful in the future. I know it was a battle, but there are certain things that people frown upon in battles and being overly prideful and dancing while your opponent is still dancing isn't cool. I think Les Twins are too famous at this point. I would love to see Skitzo, Kevin Paradox, Bluprint, and iGlide get some more recognition in the dance world.
