for people having trouble being served by waiter have faith! i went through the same trying all sorts of times from 10 AM to 7-9pm! the 7-9pm slot was when he served me the first two times but gave me only meats! and that was while i saw two NPCs talking in the distance! i finally waited till 7pm and sat at the location til 8pm. then i logged out of game and logged in and it was 8pm still. I sat down and he instantly served me the drink! i hope this information helps in some way!

I don't know if I was just lucky or does this actually work, but here you go. After I finished "Voice bond" I went to the waiter and pressed the use button for Exorcise bell, because it says that it reveals memories etc, and then when i sat there the waiter actually served me! I tried to get served from him for 3 weeks and this finally worked
Omg I got lucky I was playing that crazy thing and when I came to cafeteria for a mission I sat down on the table and the waiter served me 👁👄👁 Took days to complete tho..

When you go from the main square at the fountain you continue forward going towards the Basketball Court and at the start of stairs on your right side that NPC is standing close to benches and trash cans. I can provide you screen shoot if you need but Idk where to send it to you

@@ghita7008 Try to close the game and re-open it again. Sometimes this game gets buggy. It happened to me with Amaterasu witch. If you can't find him anyway, just go the the library and to the other way
Remember 10 minutes irl = 1hr in game time so you all don't have to wait that long. I tried sitting at 7PM & 8PM nothing happened so instead of waiting I did something else. Mine triggered at 9PM. forgot to say it was raining!

hi bro, yeah for the waiter guy you need to sit beside him, and time should be around 7 - 9PM, I got mine at 9. (if you try to call EVA, the clue that she will give you is that you need to sit around afternoon)
for the Aurora Weather, that is the Moon Logo with rays of light below (example: 10:11 ) different map has different weather, so check the weather forecast when you are in siberia harbor map
Thanks for the tips but also it work but look really randomly I guess it’s dépend of you or maybe it’s like some quest in that game have to wait 30 min after someone get the bottle. Waiter served me at 9AM, if you have trouble triggering him, you must see a couple near the place, talking about Arnoia, then go to a place where there is an helicopter and wait for another one to arrive and get in it, then you go bach to the café and waiter should attend you... hope it helps
I waited for the waiter for a long time, I won't say the time because I didn't check it but it rained A LOT. I got up a couple of time, sat back a couple of time. Then, I was standing checking my stats until another player sat, so I sat infront of her then INSTANTLY the waiter served me the drink.

Notice this on the EU servers that the waiter part only works up from 6am when its sunny, to save you time. I'm one of those people who had to wait several ours on the same spot to figure it out.
The first time I got the waiter to serve was at 8 pm, but I forgot to read the book in library (as I read the written guide before and disliked it). Then right now, after having that step done, the waiter served me at midnight... lol.
I think the drink from the waiter at the cafe is not just time but also weather sensitive, I tried waiting from 7pm to 9pm on a blizzard day but to no avail.
Everyone's like damn waiter. I had trouble with getting the weather aurora. It seems to be very rare to get this whether in the siberia harbor in my server.
I just did this. Got to the light house. Only the guy was there. I clicked on him. He was searching for the girl and then left. He said he was waiting inside the lighthouse. Now I don't know what to do because it is locked.
I dont know if this info might help or not---or whether it will work or not. The weather is sunny, uh-huh, it is about 10 pm so maybe it is not really time specific(?) When I waited for the two cassel college student to pass by and talk(then touch the waiter, wait for the waiter to serve) it didnt work. But when the cassel college students pass by and I touch them---the waiter serves me the drink(?)
