Scrub radius isn't a case of "x is perfect, anything else is bad." There's a reasonable range that'll behave well (different for FWD vs RWD) and if you've got a way to adjust it (such as adjusting camber by tilting the strut), you can experiment a bit to see what feels best.
Fully agree, but I think he has been explained the best. Dynamic scrub radius, dynamic toe and camber complicated to account for. Tire Offset not only arrange scrub radius but also track width and a little Ackermann angle. It’s hard to explain for what’s the best for increase or decrease the offset unless the user know what they are doing and their purpose. He explained very well that, mostly stick to stock is the safe side
If I must increase the offset of the wheel, is it possible to reduce the increase of scrub radius by maximizing the negative camber on the camber plate while also shorterning the lower control arm? so that its increasing the effecting king pin angle without the tire having so much camber that effect the scrub radius.
