@@Fuu_ichika Why not, the same thing happened to Luffy on the battlefield. Luffy was the only one colored, here Ace was the only one colored. And just because you have the capabilities to use Haki, does not mean to know how, or even that you can.

I honestly don't understand why you would doubt this, you literally see Ace in a desperate situation as his little brother is about to get killed, and everything turns blueish except Ace while most people pass out around him. It's the exact thing that happened to Luffy at Marineford. He was desperate to save his big brother who was about to get killed, and everything turned blueish except Luffy while people passed out around him. in 9:29 I read this somewhere before that why some nobles and celestial dragons look ugly because oda draw them like this on purpose , they said that oda himself hates them and this is his way of getting back at them lol . Another is just a reflection of how their personalities are as bad. These are not confirmed by oda tho. But if you think it like this I think that it made a little sense.
