No, Dragonball Z has been remade as Dragonball Z Kai. And they have new voice actors for some characters like Kid/Teen Gohan, Frieza, Bulma and 18. These are the new actors

They have the new Kai voice actor do the cinematics, but they got lazy and just ripped the other dialogue they didn't do from RB2/RB1.

no i mean like in this video. cutscene gohan's voice is like totally different from gameplay gohan. like they got two voice actors or something
