There's a world where if your RNG is actually too good (all crits, 40% DoT proc, Thaw proc) then Alteon might be too low for 2 hits of Siphon, but one crit should heal you to full regardless. I don't recommend trying this; Ossein/Anoni Muss has a much more consistent, but slightly slower, clear that you can find on his channel.
