UPDATE: DK has been buffed since this guide making the old clawing shadows build stronger and just as viable. PLEASE Subscribe to the channel ❤ I will post my 6-0 that got us to #1 so you guys can see the build in action!
what about how in the vid you said dont run 4 set but i looked at ur char on checkpvp and your using 4set? also the timestamps are completlty wrong. you start talkjing about damage at 10:51
I usually don't comment on your videos, but this was very helpful. I was just looking for a guide for this season, having reached 1700 in solo shuffle on my UH DK. Thanks so much for making these guides and helping those out who are looking for the best builds and rotations to use. Just subscribed and looking forward to more of your videos :D
Hey I just started playing dk like a week ago and already got 2529 in shuffle thanks to your guide , i Never knew dks were so much fun , keep owning it up and thanks alot for this guide helped à ton
Thanks I'll give it a shot, been full time DK 2 years I've hit the skill wall need some help. One other important mention your guides are straight up delivery of useful info, GG. Also not making embarrassing spectacle of yourself doing so. I'm on board you got my SUB.
I love unholy deathknight class fantasy but I quit for a year and a half and came back and learned ele shaman. Made me realize how crazy clunky UHDK is lol
Just reached lvl 70 and ready for pvp. This guide is a great start to learn! By chance do you have guides on how you handle each class and what look out for? I havent memorized all the classes abilities but would definitely appreciate how to counter all of them!
So glad I watched this video. Saved me from wasting my time on this class. The whole "spread" and then burst numerous targets is not my type of playstyle. Still trying to find a dps toon for blitz brawl. Been using my fistweaver to heal.
If you ever run Bg's or Epics, defile/grip of the dead is a handy tool for keeping players in the kill zone while also being great for kiting large groups of players/pets.
If you're still gearing/playing in BG Blitz or BGs in general would you recommend going Rotten Touch (more Scourge Strike damage after a Death Coil) and Harbinger of Doom (more frequent Sudden Dooms) and maybe Reaping (30% more damage on Scourge Strike/Death Coil in execute range)?
Unholy Endurance reduces damage taken by 15%. It doesn't specify JUST "physical" damage, so its safe to assume that it implies ALL damage is reduced by 15% during LB. So. I wouldn't ever take it off. Unholy needs all the tankiness it can get.
i got to say i have never looked up a video on how todo pvp with any of the specs i play i normally play but unholy i just cant get down even this video didnt really help me understand but im use to either just damage or stealth and dps over time. Its a great video but im not understanding the unholy part to many steps and stuff just to get ok damage for someone that only started a year ago
That’s basically what this was. For strategies into individual comps I would just watch what I do into them on stream or in PvP videos I post. There’s gonna be a new one live today. I also breakdown my gameplay sometimes and explain it if that’s kinda what you mean.
@@Partywaffles Yeah I think I phrased it wrong I meant just like a beginner arena guide. Like how you would position in the actual match and just basic stuff you do in the arena, I'll go ahead and watch some of your gameplay videos to see
@@Partywaffles thanks to you i hit 1800 in solo shuffle today...i really wanted the set....definitely helpful guide. definitely worth a sub :) considering i had 0 knowledge of how to play a dk either
Hi ! Sorry coming back in S4. I understand you bought the Legs with conquest and converted them into set legs. But I'm not certain of how you got the shoulders set ? Did you buy with World PvP Bloody tokens and converted them ? I suppose not as we can only convert one piece per week... Thank you for your guide !
hey man, another good video thanks for sharing. i wanted to ask about shadow claw - i notice that one of the biggest issues that i have when running plague build is that i just get kited all day if the caster is skilled and just feels super bad. The most recent was an ice mage - he played extremely well and was difficult to run down but, is shadow claw a good alternative for these kinds of situations? Second question: What are your thoughts on using death pact/unholy endurance into melee and permafrost/ gloom ward into casters? and lastly, by losing the 4 set bonus do we use bloody token gear to substitute those 2 spots? because there is so much information out there now are we not running the 9% crit anymore from helm? thanks again for sharing/ explaining
You could play clawing shadows in those situations but if the mage gets away you can also swap targets for a second. If you use all your mobility proper you can general still get uptime without clawing though. Death pact is bad imo but if you really wanted it you can. You use conquest gear in place of the 2 tier pieces we’re not using.
Do you use focus binds or arena target 1-3 binds? Same question for pet stun/snare/kick. Maybe you could do a general video on that and how you focus target/target in arena.
Thx for your vid. That I get It right I have to made all targets with my wounds, to make the most dmg that I can do right? What 3v3 comb do you prefer for uh dk is walking dead good or better with a shadow priest?
Yes? 3/6 of my last videos are pvp gameplay videos. I stream pvp gameplay every day on stream too. Next video is a unholy solo shuffle 6-0 lobby to #1.
@@Partywaffles Nah i dont play DF after seeing what it had become in season 1 with shuffle, doesnt change the fact that shuffle rank 1 is not real rank 1, sorry. Its like winning Golden glove as a boxer and saying you're world champ 😂
@@Partywaffles Lol i dont need a pretend rank 1 to teach me to play a game mode for the socially inept in a dead game 😂 keep coping buddy im sure you will be good enough to get a real rank eventually😚
