Wow, nice remake of a beautiful song. I especially enjoyed the soft head-voice harmonies near the end; they really gave the powerful belty vocals more emphasis. Amazing cover, very powerful voice

As much as DragonForce is known for blistering speed and phalangeal gymnastics in their guitar playing and ushering in the sub-genre of 'happy gamer metal', they are also known for some truly GLORIOUS ballads. This is one of those songs that once you've listened to it, it just worms its way into your soul and refuses to leave. Kristin does an absolutely STUNNING rendition here with her gorgeous natural baritone bass vocals delivery and vibrato. Her intense power and solid performance just elevated this already iconic ballad to another incredible level.
