As most of you were quick to figure out... APRIL FOOLS!😝 Managed to fool some of you at least! This song is written by me, and I personally I think I managed to get that iconic DF sound we all love! Glad that so many of you enjoyed it! Guitars are recorded by me, but admittedly there was severe use of studio magic for the solos... Vocals is my recorded vocals converted to the ZP AI model Drums are literally loops made from the Operation Ground and Pound drums track! If you listen closely during the chorus you might be able to hear Tony Kakko, Marc Hudson and Billie Joe Armstrong in the backing vocals! Being a songwriter and a DF nerd, this was actually not that hard to write for me, and I might write and record some more DF tributes in the future. Would you guys like that?
Let's go all multiverse time branch mode where you write the good stuff from a scenario where ZP never left and Dragonforce can go on doing whatever the fuck they've been doing for the last three albums.
He'd totally believe it, too, because he forgot about Heartbreak Armageddon on stream. He was just like "I literally don't recognize this. I know it's me playing, but I don't know this at all."
Despite this being an april fools joke thank you for that big itch of nostalgia! Ultra Beatdown was when I was peak dragonforce fan so this scratched an itch I didn't know I had. ^ ^ Also you did a great job mimicking ZP's cadence so the AI sounds actually super smooth!
HAHAHHA not expect that youre the uploader of ZP Bon Jovi this aint a love song. Thanks again mate, i remember watching that video maybe 10 or 11 years ago, and now that one of my alltime fav song after singing by ZP and found it on your channel lol
After a years listening to old-DF songs this new song's like finding a treasure, allows me to remember why I started doing that 😂😂 Thank you for your uploading ❤
This song makes me with much more emotion, happiness and makes me enjoy it a lot and much more than Warp Speed Warriors, congratulations.. and of course when i come back to my computer I posted it in DF Mex ….Can you do something the same but with Marc? I will to pay for that
OHH MYY... THIS IS TOO GOOD MATEE 🔥🔥 I HOPE DF WILL RECITE THEIR STYLE/MUSIC DIRECTION BACK TO THE ZP ERA LIKE THIS ONE. REALLY MISS THEIR OLD MASTERPIECE IN ZP ERA. ZP IS FREE NOW, I HOPE THIS WILL REALISED SOOOOONNNNN HERMANN, SAAMM PLEASE REAADD MY COMMEEENNNTTTTT
I don't care that this is an april fools joke, its a good song unironically lol man I wish dragonforce went back to their old style with the original members again
@@mkz4383 Burning Heart and Killer Queen were also pretty good, but while the album as a whole is my favorite since Maximum Overload, it doesn't touch the first 6 albums. It's missing Vadim's keys and a lot of energy and creativity those albums had.
This makes me so happy - and sad at the same time. It's the most I've resonated with Dragonforce in over ten years. And it isn't even Dragonforce. This hit me just as hard as Ultra Beatdown back in the day, which is something because their last three albums haven't really done anything for me. I thought I had just outgrown the band. But with how good - and faithful to their sound - this is, just serves to show that their output it recent years has just not been that good to my ears. And it simultaneously also shows my biggest problem with modern Dragonforce: Marc Hudson is through and through terrible and has completely ruined any enjoyment I got our their music. But man, good fucking job nailing everything from the vocal lines to the guitar solos. Even the drums are spot on (I suspect drum tracks from OGAP and TTFaF being used, no?). I have been listening to it all day and just realised how much ZP did for their overall sound.
Marc isn't terrible It's the songwriting When writing rii, the 2 writers didn't cooperate And on Epm and wsw, they decided to start appealing to the tictok generation
Me commenting for once is something rare, but now twice, Woah... Pretty awesome, please, Make some more musics like that, maybe a high vibe song with Marc Hudson's Voice and longer than 7 minutes lmao Also, would be pretty fine an instrumental Version of this one ~I want to Sing it Alone so bad~
great job with the solo! chorus sounds like body breakdown. if the audio quality was better, without glitches of those models, i might actually think it could be real.
btw on the new album they do have exclusives burning heart ft alissa white glutz and AWA with nita straus and another singer. they'll probably release those on yt too but right now you can get them on exclusive album/ elsewhere
LYRICS! We need lyrics!! Love this ❤❤❤ oh god.. younger me couldve sang you every one of ZP's songs with dragonforce and shadow warriors litch perfect and my ex friend could have vouched. This makes me wamna get back into singing dragonforce songs now cuz I been stuck of country.
I dont like dragonforce, but this song really resonated with me! glad to know that they can write good music!! I hope they release this officially some day
If your intrested in my voice you can check my other channel "Vide Bjerde" and watch my regular DF vocal covers 😀 When recording for ZP AI projects I actually sing much softer. I've noticed that my voice breaks though a lot more when using my full voice, a softer voice makes more room for "ZP".
Is this an honest-to-God rare real song from back then or is this a weird AI imagination of something? Kinda blows my mind that there were unreleased Ultra Beatdown songs so I'm a bit skeptical. Edit: Ok, so it's a bullshit song.
@@raymanlegend8563 Thank you for the info Rayman. Indeed I was skeptical because I had never seen either you or Terminator talk about this song. Is there any way to hear that scrapped intro of A Flame for Freedom?
@@raymanlegend8563 Are you referring to that little section that plays at the beginning of the "Making of Ultra Beatdown" documentary when you talk about a scrapped intro for A Flame for Freedom? I always wondered what that was, it drove me crazy for years before I gave up, so I seriously hope that's what you're referring to. If so, thank you a million times over for helping me find the answer 😆
@@SPACYtunes no I meant the part ZP starts singing at 1:40, and during Dave drum recordings at 2:40😄 Never been able to figure the intro of the Making of either haha.
