Yes. I did too. I also used to love Arnold's room (from Hey Arnold!), you had to climb to get in it, and it had that skylight, that room was amazing. But Drake's is great too
I'm female and I always loved their room, it had a very nostalgic feeling even though obviously no one has ever lived in it. The set designers did a GREAT job with their room.
Hell yeah. I got a couch from a yard sale, and put it in my room just because I got the idea from Drake and Josh. It literally took up half my room, but I thought it was cool
Yeah, I heard that when they were filming that episode that both actors were like "come on really". 🤨 They both said that the window was cut big enough that they could have climbed out of the tree house that way or at least one of them could have.🤯

i like how in season 4 Josh became more confident thanks to his weight loss so he did a lot of physical comedy and facial expressions. Some say he was funnier when he was fat but I feel like he gave his 100% when he got skinny.
Barracuda jack black is only funny because he is fat, if he was skinny he would have no career. So he embraces his weight as he profits from it. Sucks for him because now he can’t ever have a hot wife.
Ry-Enn Grant I think it comes from the phrase “catching lightning in a bottle” meaning achieving the impossible. In which case this show managed to hold up @nd still be funny.

At first, I didn’t want to watch it because this is probably my favorite show growing up, and it was horrible to find out what he went through. But him saying how doing this show, helped him cope and get his mind off it, just goes to show how special this show was for him

This has to be some of the best chemistry between actors I've ever seen in a TV show. Even when the writing wasn't great, these two could make it work.
This show was the highlight of my childhood. It’s truly sad that they really don’t make shows like this anymore that are comical and fun . nowadays Hollywood just tries way too hard to make people laugh and it really doesn’t work. The last skit, where Josh gets out of bed and then forgets that he’s not in his own bed and falls out of bed (literally) just cracked me up every time. 😭😂🤣😂😂😭🤣😂😂😂
Back when shows took risks but nowadays the corporate mindset is to play it safe or milk a franchise until it sucks. That coupled with the internet and the slow death of television isn't convincing these guys to make anything worthwhile anymore.
This was one of the last classic shows before social media took over. Every show was excellently written with great comical acting. It’s a shame josh never got as much attention or credit as drake. Now that I’m older you can see how much josh SLAYED his moments on this show.
🤣🤣🤣 Your grandparents said the same thing about the stuff they watched, and your parents, and your kids probably will too. Everyone thinks their generation was superior when it really wasn't. I love this show, I'm nostalgic for the era too, but let's be real, there was trash on then too and there's still good shows being made.
Francisco . Urenda sooner or later, because Nickelodeon partners with Netflix last year, Drake & Josh would or will join Netflix streaming service. Idk if that will happen.
Imagine going back to 2005 and telling the audience that ONE of these 2 would end up fit, successful and recognized among the people for another 15 years and the OTHER would end up in jail for child endangerment around the same time, id bet at least 90% of them would guess wrong on who's who
nah i'd have called it. josh was getting fitter and better at acting over the course of the show and drake always seemed to have a sociopathic streak in public

I miss this show, it was such a classic and makes me laugh every time. Nowadays, shows try way too hard to be cool and trendy and are literal sewage waste.
Lol basically josh becomes smarter and more well rounded as a person while Drake goes from typical teenage cool guy to literally a single digit IQ. Absolutely love it!

The best part about the car hood scene is that, after Josh leaves, Walter checks under the hood again, and it really does fall on him, leaving him just as trapped.
This show was the definition of children’s comedy. It STILL makes me laugh. Not one show could’ve touched Drake and Josh back then. I just wished they could’ve made more seasons
It just screams 90s and 00s grunge and rockstar, even without wallpaper (if you look really close there is just wood for walls) it looks amazing due to all the decorations and music stuff.
There will never be another iconic show like this again, no matter what genders the characters are, where they live, or the comedy that’s involved. Drake and Josh is one of the best shows ever made
One of the things I hate most about american TV series are those damned recorded laughs. But here, I never cared about them. Maybe because this was actually funny and I found myself laughing along the laughter track. Good job, good job.
I miss shows like these where we're literally watching teenagers be actual teenagers. no preaching, no hidden agendas/message, no ground-breaking insight into the human psyche. just teenagers acting stupid, having fun & not taking themselves too seriously
Something about seeing the intro reminded me of a time when I had true peace in my life as a child. Almost made me cry tbh. Nothing like watching this show at 1 am with a glass of juice and some leftovers. If you never got to experience this as a child, I wish you peace and happiness in the future :)
