Love this track. Finished an 8 year relationship, after she had a depression and anxiety -helped her 2 years with that and then I quitted. Then on my first night sleeping with another girl this track played. We had a great night, fell half in love with her. So this track is connected to her. But the lyrics are just so appropriate to my ex... "I know exactly who you could be, just hold on we're going home. It's hard to do these things alone"
