Agree....lost the love of my life suddenly to cancer after 21 years in 2013. Found this song/recording a few years later- Not a week, maybe a month goes by that I don't listen to it. I never want to put loved ones through that hell. I am a veteran who’s been blown up,shot,stabbed you name it but nothing did anything to me like this motorcycle accident. On Thursday 2/29/24, my most favorite person in this world drug me to Asheville to see this guy I hadn’t heard of until recently. Little did I know it would be the best performance I had ever seen and I realized half way thru I was exactly where I was supposed to be with exactly who I was supposed to be with! I highly recommend if you haven’t seen him live, you do so. And go with someone you truly love. It’s an experience you’ll never forget.

I've played guitar for over 30 years. I've sang country music for the majority of that time. Thru the good and the bad times. Learning how to keep a tune and learning how to develop my own sound. I've struggled with finding my own sound but I love the feeling of playing the guitar and surprising the hell out of the people who have never heard me play before. It's a feeling you can't describe. I know you know that feeling. You're absolutely amazing. This has got to be one of the top 3 covers I've ever heard in my entire life.
