I have a bit of a hot take on Kathy: she is not an evil, malicious bully. She's insecure and jealous because she feels that Gerry has a stronger connection with Theresa and some of the other women. And because she lacks self-awareness, she's taking out that insecurity and feeling of inadequacy on Theresa, putting the blame on her and basically saying, "You're intentionally making me feel this way." Kathy is 100% wrong, and Theresa was not trying to make her feel that way, but I genuinely feel sorry for Kathy. She's not evil; she's lonely, longing for love, and she feels it slipping away.

I 100% thought the exact same. It’s very clear that Kathy is scared and insecure and this is how she deals with those emotions. It doesn’t make her evil, it makes her human , yet even though we feel bad for her, she is still responsible to manage her own emotions & not take them out on other people. Kathy may be a huge example of what humans struggle with the most in life . The biggest reasons of why people are mean and malicious in life in general is mostly because of projections & insecurities and mismanaged hurt and pain . If everyone was good at dealing with their own pain- the world would be a much better place…. ‘Hurt’ people hurt people.

Theresa knew what she was doing, you can tell she came to WIN. From that entrance making him think she was naked, telling the other women he feels a connection to her, telling Gerry she cant live without him...this lady is a genius 😂😂😂

WHY bring this up again, Theresa? If you care so much about people liking you, stop making excuses for your redundant "intentions." Real apologies come with change and that didn't happen after the first convo so drop it. Or zip it. Then she tells Gerry a sob story which conveniently leaves out context and tone. Kathy had a hard time conveying her side because Gerry seemed to already have his mind made up when he interrupted her. Playing dumb keeps working for Theresa, creating sympathy for her unless the accused can be proven innocent, without doubt. This play appeals to Gerry's protective nature. Kathy was right, he deserves the best. She does care about that. She didn't want him to hurt so she left gracefully. No she's not perfect, but she did her best. ❤

Kath, tbh, I think you are in the right. You had already asked Theresa to respect your feelings w/r/t discussions about Gerr-bear. I think it's very generous of you to not assume malicious intent and try to have an honest conversation with T-dawg. However, I do think you let your emotions talk at the end and maybe came off as a a little aggressive. I hope, in the future, you find nothing but happiness and comfort. At the end of the day, Theresa, regardless of intent, was not respecting your stated boundaries, and she should 🤐.

Kathy is mean but atleast she shows exactly who she is. She has a point but her delivery is not good. Theresa in my opinion is over confident and naive or so she wants to appear that way.

@@mrsllp1439 calm down dear,i was not tearing Theresa down.Please do not exaggerate on what i said, tearing down is going to be way worse than what i said. There is a big difference between being confident and over confident. Being over confident is usually not something admired as it makes one appear selfsh and arrogant. Being confident on the other hand is adnirable. I only gave an opinion of her character from what i saw. Was she not talking a bit too much about her private time with Gerry? She had to know better so that is why i said she may be a bit naive or playing so. I am not claiming to be right, i may be wrong and i have no problem accepting i could be. By the way i warmed up to her in the end and was happy for Gerry and Theresa... So please don't say i tore anyone down, that is not what i stand for,you don't know me and i can turn around and say you're tearing me down for sinply expressing an opinion based on what i saw. Kathy is an outright bully. She knows Theresa's a bit socially naive and that this situation is far from normal, she's just desperate and competitive. Also, saying "zip it" is an abusive bully tactic and extremely rude. Even if Theresa was being competitive....hey guess what Kathy, this IS A COMPETITION!

100%! If you saw the week before + the week this was taped, you'd see how self-absorbed Teresa is & how she has no tact or self-awareness as she is over-sharing with the other women. She's living in a fantasy & sge embellishes how strong her connection is with Gerry. Still, I think he ends up picking her. This season was taped in only 3 weeks. I wish they had had longer, like other Bachelor seasons. It will be disappointing if he ends up with T when so many genuine, transparent, authentic, kind, and compassionate women who were putting themselves out there went home. Also, it's obvious if you rewatch things that TERESA is making a lot of the women uncomfortable & they are closing up/feeling defeated by toxic environment T has created.
