I guess he knows this lawyers ,are only there for just a few days to make milestones for themselves ,after that hii kijana atakuwa nao ,atajua hajua ,.this is what happens during funerals , promise after promise ,after that ,we all know what next😢😮
Ian should be set free has it emerged that the Police are in record to escape the truth of their misdeeds. Hiyo Askari to be brought also his accounts to be checked.
@@elizabethmwalo8424 respect an elder who disrespects self, really? The old officer should not have asked for the bribe, it irks many people, not just Ian.
What about those police wa kanjo that beats people humanless... this thing should stop,,, bribery and corruption is making our country Kenya a living hell
Bribe husaidia watu wengine ... Imagine if some people have to face the full legal consequences of their actions! Kenya is a country of shortcuts. Poverty is a disease.
@@wayando if we followed the sheria properly, one need not bribe, please stop glorifying lawlessness and calling it shortcuts...watch how nice a country Switzerland is because people live by the laid down laws.
@@bb-zm4rg ... Continue living in your fantasy world ... Some laws are impossible to implement. Kenya's average income is somewhere near the minimum wage at 15K per month. Think about that ... Then imagine trying to find that average person 50,000/= for a petty offence! What are you expecting will happen? ... Police to enforce and make them pay the fine? .... Obviously they would be headed to jail. Half the people accused of petty offences would be in jail. We need laws that recognize which country we are in ... And not all these copy paste laws form out colonisers. As per now, it will always be common sense to bribe 5K and avoid a 50K fine ... 1 + 1 = 2 We make better laws ... Give the police the requisite infrastructure ... Make government systems to work promptly ... Change our culture Then ... We can implement the letter of the law.
Everyone is allowed by law to fight to protect life and property. He was fighting to protect his property/ money from being extorted by the corrupt deputy.
Honestly, the police have been so reckless in even arresting people.i wish we can turn the truth to be the truth.come n see how at embakasi police arrest people, honestly you may want to do the same.piga sana kama nyoka.
Ian Njoroge is innocent, some of the mau mau oaths our forefathers took while fighting for freedom still boil up in some of us when push comes to shove ..it doesn't matter if you are a Jayden like Ian it's the mau mau blood in him and other young Kikuyu youngsters...Mau Mau blood and generations hate oppression...let the boy go
@Carollembi123 Yesterday's finance bill protest was lead by majority of Gen Z young Kikuyu youth and I'm happy this young people made the government make amendments...if all our young people can come together in 2027 they can easily form the next government....it has be tried and tested elsewhere and has worked
Na hiyo asiri alipiga nayo karau i totally agree with that he is a christian and choir member ata yesu alipiga watu kwa hekalu i guess he was just following his master's action only that it was outside hekalu 😅
Lawyer Echeza is the next big thing in the legal fraternity, i fell in love with him, immediately he became the secretary general of Dpak- kenya and appeared on tv show, the teaching profession bolstered his legal profession. His semantics are superb.
the advocate agreed that his client was asked for a bribe and yet he denied that his client ever assaulted the police officer who asked for bribe. AWUORO!
Judges should make judgement which will not make either side disrespect the other . Bure tu corruption itaendelea or raia watachapa police n go for lawyers or police watachapa raia Na hakuna kitu Tuta do .
It's the blue suit for me...something must be done..kunyorosha akili ya uyo kijana Mdogo....Arekebishwe tu kidogo..It shall be well Kwa Maana ya future life yake ni muhimu..
Najua pia serikari inajua vizuri wao ndio wameeneza corruption kila mahali ukiona traffic police mbele yako just know that your money is gone for no reason...wacha wapigwe they're very annoying creatures nkt!!!
polisii wamekazaa haga wanaskia kukula ian na meno , very unfare navenye hao wameua watu huku nje na hatuwaoniii kortinii ,no wonder police men and women huishia maisha ya kuteseka after retirement laaana za watuu chungu nzimaaaa
Judges and Lawyers work and make money regardless of how the case goes ... After they are done, they hand off. If problems are there ahead, then they are not responsible.
I don't understand why this boy is represented by several lawyers. Indicator that the parents are rich and due to upper bringing is what has spoiled him. Upper bringing of children is not bad but as parents have to be very strict the them otherwise is of what is there now.
Eee, muacheni kijana...muacheni kijana...Okey. Aachwe mpaka siku ile atakuja kupiga mtu aue au aoe, apige bibi aue ndio mtarudi hapa kumhukumu tena. The boy needs discipline, hata kama ni 5years ndani. Sio eti aachwe tu free hivo. No.
Whatever the verdict, know that you will be setting a precedent. To let lawlessness run amok or to ensure deterrence of the same.....Pick and choose. Remember, as you make your bed, so must you lie on it.
@@akinyicolang69 kindly read my comment again and be clear whether I said what you are saying. The fact is, actions have consequences and just because you bought an expired good from the supermarket yesterday, albeit justified to complain and cause a scene doesn't mean you have a right to burn the supermarket.
