I have listened to the ground too and they want as a matter of urgency Phase 1:the Cabinet sent home in totality and a new one put in place(includes new GEN X and NO reshuffles) Phase 2: IEBC Commissioners appointed within 90 days,PHASE 3 President dissolves Parliament and then dialogue can come!

Once again, Kenyans are asking the same question: "what went wrong?". President Ruto is not answering them. Good enough, this time DP Gachagua is truthfully telling the nation what is wrong and who is causing it. One can only hope that President Ruto will not make the mistakes of President Uhuru.
