I have done mining the CS doesn't know what he is talking about, you can't export minerals using a certificate of grading 😃 You export minerals with a mineral exporter license 😃 Go do your homework and study the process before you go confused and ask people wrong questions and insisting And in grading they ask you where you got the mineral and write it on the report and they know if that area has the mineral you can't lie A sample is graded for purity test and not for sale purpose HUYU Jama wa River road ambaye Yuko na Joho ndio ana muchangaya kama adviser, huyo mwenye alama ya Rungu kichuwani....hata senior officer ana Cheka because he knows the CS is being mislead by this guy with him
