I hope Edwards prioritises the Forest game. If we beat Bournemouth and Lose to Forest thats a disaster as we'll still be 3 points behind. If we lose to Bournemouth but beat Forest we are level. RE needs to seriously start managing the squad better. Its no secret that we've been light with CBs so why not play 2 CBs so that you're not rinsing the resources available to you. Whats frustrating is we've put so much into certain games against big teams that we are almost certain to get nothing out of. Now we have come to the business end of the season we have half a squad. Seems amatuerish tbh we have some tough decisions to make over the next couple of games untill we get players back. *Lutons Road to 32 points:* Liverpool 1 Man City 0 - bonus points (A) Arsenal 0 - bonus points (A) Aston Villa 0 Tottenham 0 - bonus points (A) West Ham 0 - bonus points (A) Man United 0 Brighton 3 Chelsea 0 Newcastle 4 Wolves 2 - must not lose (A) Bournemouth 2 - must not lose (H&A) Fulham 1 - must not lose (H) Brentford 1 - must not lose (H) Crystal Palace 4 Nottm Forest 4 - must win(H) Everton 6 - must win (H) Burnley 1 Sheffield United 3 Considering Forest will probably get a 6 point deduction i think we might be able to survive with around 32-35 point mark.
I just hope despite the injuries, it’s not the pressure of pretty much, must win games in the next two that f*ck things up. Could be make or break despite there still being 9 games left afterwards.
Let’s keep positive but realistic, COYH, at least we have abided by the FFP rules and we will die on our sword. If we stay up, fantastic. If we go down, it is what is but at least we played by the rules.
