Sad that the rib fracture Rafa suffered in his SF vs Alcaraz tanked his chances of winning Indian Wells 2022 - he just had one more match to go, the final against Fritz, and he would've won his 4th IW title and kept his unbeaten start to 2022 alive with 4 straight hard court titles. Oh well, at least the Matador came back and won the FO 2022 - on his gimpy left foot no less! What a warrior.

K is the far more gifted player, no doubt, in terms of strokes and touch. N is a nerd, his play is based on physics and amazing footwork. He gets his inspiration only from defense and flawless play, but not from brilliant or unexpected strokes.
